Personalen var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. Rummet blev städdad varje dag. Maten och desserter var goda. Snackbaren var anpassad för barn. Hotellet ligger nära staden och havet. Bra ställe till dem som ska surfa. 20 minuters promenad till Siam Park. Det finns många restauranger och butiker runt hotellet. 👌

Hotel très propre, buffet varié et de qualité, avec un thème différent chaque soir.
Piscine chaude, beaucoup de transats.
Ce n'était pas indiqué sur le site, mais il y avait un petit spectacle chaque soir (acrobaties, danse, chant...)
Petit bémol dans notre chambre famille : les poignées de porte qui grincaient et la baie coulissante qui frottait beaucoup.
Emplacement top, pas beaucoup de places de parking dans l'hôtel, mais plutôt facile de se garer à l'extérieur.

Estupenda opción a pie de playa. La habitación con vista al mar es una opción excelente. El bufé bastante bueno tanto para el desayuno como para la cena.
El gimnasio un poco pequeño pero bien equipado.
Para mi viaje por negocios está estupendo. Al lado de restaurantes y opciones de ocio.
Personal muy amable.
Si tengo que volver a Tenerife repetiría.

Séjour globalement agréable. Un bémol sur l'accueil : le premier jour, le personnel de la réception m'a semblé un peu froid et distant. J'aurais apprécié davantage d'explications sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et sur certains détails pratiques que j'ai finalement dû comprendre par moi-même.
Le buffet, en revanche, est de bonne qualité et mérite d'être souligné.
Deux points d'amélioration concernant les boissons. Pour les clients en demi-pension, les boissons servies à table sont payantes. L'eau proposée est filtrée et servie en carafe (non fermée), et son goût laisse vraiment à désirer. Enfin, au bar de la piscine, j'ai été déçu des cocktails qui ne sont pas à la hauteur des standards.

Prima verblijft voor een week. Wel rumoerig aan de voorkant van het hotel daar er een irish pub onder ligt. Als je een goede slaper bent heb je echter hier geen last van. Hotel en de drankjes waren prima.

Didn’t like rules were not enforced about towels on sunbeds with no one on them . Got moved to room 626 as first room not great . also having a courtesy room before leaving for 30 mins was very nice .

Comfortable and quiet room on second floor. Excellent breakfast and evening buffets provided with great selections.
Staff very welcoming and room was cleaned daily. Only minor point would be lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Fridge was adequate size for bottled water storage. Air conditioning was an added bonus as my stay was during a very hot and humid period.

Chambre très basique pour un 4 étoiles... Je pense que j'ai eu la pire vue sur le parking depuis ma chambre.
Isolation pas au top, on entend tout aux alentours.
Le menage etait bien fait tous les jours.
Niveau équipement il manquait une bouilloire pour du thé/café, sinon le reste etait correct.
Niveau buffet : nourriture correct sans plus. Les boissons sont payantes comme dans la plupart des hôtels proposant la demi pension.
L'hôtel est tout de meme bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut a proximité.

Chambre très bruyante donnant sur un Irish pub qui fait des concerts tous les soirs à ciel ouvert! Impossible de dormir avant 1h passées du matin. On a changé de chambre en montant plus haut dans les étages. C’était un peu moins bruyant mais gênant quand même.
L’accès direct à la plage donne sur une plage de rochers et de surfeurs. Donc impossible de nager. Il faut aller à au moins 10 minutes à pied plus loin.
Vu le prix élevé de la chambre malgré ces désagréments, je n’y reviendrai pas.
