210euro for this hotel is unacceptable. Small bed bad service rude manners!

Didn’t like rules were not enforced about towels on sunbeds with no one on them . Got moved to room 626 as first room not great . also having a courtesy room before leaving for 30 mins was very nice .

Check in was super friendly and easy, they upgraded my room for free. The breakfast was lovely, so many options both hot and cold. The shower was great with lots of amenities. The hotel was clean and well decorated.

Comfortable and quiet room on second floor. Excellent breakfast and evening buffets provided with great selections. Staff very welcoming and room was cleaned daily. Only minor point would be lack of tea and coffee making facilities in room. Fridge was adequate size for bottled water storage. Air conditioning was an added bonus as my stay was during a very hot and humid period.

Chambre très basique pour un 4 étoiles... Je pense que j'ai eu la pire vue sur le parking depuis ma chambre. Isolation pas au top, on entend tout aux alentours. Le menage etait bien fait tous les jours. Niveau équipement il manquait une bouilloire pour du thé/café, sinon le reste etait correct. Niveau buffet : nourriture correct sans plus. Les boissons sont payantes comme dans la plupart des hôtels proposant la demi pension. L'hôtel est tout de meme bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut a proximité.

10/10. Perfect for couples, families and surfers! Recommend going for the sea view rooms as it’s away from the strip plus the views and sunset are lovely!

No beach view

Chambre très bruyante donnant sur un Irish pub qui fait des concerts tous les soirs à ciel ouvert! Impossible de dormir avant 1h passées du matin. On a changé de chambre en montant plus haut dans les étages. C’était un peu moins bruyant mais gênant quand même. L’accès direct à la plage donne sur une plage de rochers et de surfeurs. Donc impossible de nager. Il faut aller à au moins 10 minutes à pied plus loin. Vu le prix élevé de la chambre malgré ces désagréments, je n’y reviendrai pas.

Laute Umgebung, viele Briten, aber grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The main reception/bar area was lovely and always clean.

The sea was visible from room. For a privilege room it was poor. Staff excellent.

The hotel is very well located, right on the promenade, but also in a noisy area. There's a pub right next door with live music until late. There are plenty of sunbeds, nicely placed, not only by the pools but also in the cascading areas. The room is pleasant, but the bathrooms could use some updating, especially the shower cabins, as they leak. Breakfast and dinner are varied, with something for everyone.

Udsigten til og nærheden af havet var nok det eneste der retfærdiggjorde prisen og en tilsyneladende score på fire stjerner. Hotellets service og betjening var under middel og faciliteter så som kaffemaskine, strygejern/bræt var ikke-eksisterende mens morgenmadsbuffeten var kaotisk - alt for mange gæster.

yes we had a sea view although it was partially obstructed.

Good food, great location. Rooms however are a bit lacking and bare minimum.

Rooms were clean but could do with some updating. Pool area was lovely and relaxing. Great location. Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from.
