Très bel hôtel. Grande chambre vue océan très confortable, belle salle de bains, petit balcon très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est top, grand choix tant en sucré qu'en salé. Café très bon, ce qui est rare.. . L'hôtel est très beau, avec son mur végétal et sa cascade en allant à la salle a manger. Dîner très bien, beaucoup de choix et personnel aimable et efficace. Roads under construction doubled travel time - not your fault. But pounding during 10am seemed overly loud. Bothered others.
The lack of a coffee maker of Tea water warmer was quickly remedied by asking for one at front desk. But warning to future guests - bring your own coffee, AND water.

Nos gustó la habitación, porque estaba muy limpio. Tenían 2 botellas de agua gratis. Café. La cama y la almohada muy cómoda. Teníamos media pensión, la comida era bufé y estándar. El personal fue amable. Lo que no nos gustó fue que tuvimos una situación con el acceso a la habitación por un problema con la cerradura, tardaron casi 2 horas en solucionarlo (el hombre de mantenimiento muy amable y efectivo) pero se podría haberlo hecho cuando estuvimos fuera durante el día, ya que todo esto ocurrió a última hora de la tarde; quizá lo que más nos molestó, no fue el tiempo de espera por solucionarlo sino la “aparente” despreocupación del personal de recepción. No hubo una mínima disculpa de nadie. Quizás hubiéramos pasado por alto esta situación si no fuera que estábamos alojados en la suite, con lo que uno espera un cierto nivel de calidad y servicio.

Kaputtes Fenster. Als es am letztem Tag windig war, konnten wir das ganze Wind spüren und uns wurde kalt. Allgemein renovationsbedürftig: Farbe geht ab, Fungen im Bad sehr kaotisch… Safe soll man extra zahlen. Das hatte ich noch nie gesehen! Beim Check-in wurden uns die Armbänder vergessen, mussten wieder danach fragen. Alte magnetische Karte die nicht mehr funktionieren sobald sie an einem Handy nah kommen…

El hotel en general está viejito y necesita una lavada de cara, el mobiliario de la habitaciones es terrible y en general todo agradecería una buena mano de mantenimiento. El buffet es variado, pero l calidad tirando a baja. Aún así, la zona de piscinas es fantástica, la localización buena y el personal amable.
