H10 Taburiente Playa

Estuvo muy bien. Hacia un poquito de aire todos los días pero en general muy buen sitio para alojarse.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour à l’H10 Taburiente Playa, surtout compte tenu du tarif payé et de l’image de l’établissement. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre s’est révélée mal isolée. L’une des baies vitrées était impossible à ouvrir et la paroi de baignoire/douche fuyait. Les oreillers étaient sans maintien ni forme, ce qui n’a pas aidé au confort général. Côté restauration, la nourriture proposée est de qualité industrielle et répétitive. La salle de restaurant est extrêmement bruyante et plusieurs tables étaient bancales et collantes, ce qui renforce l’impression d’un manque d’entretien. Quelques membres du personnel du restaurant ne sont pas très souriants, ce qui n’améliore pas l’ambiance déjà chargée. Les installations extérieures étaient elles aussi très décevantes. Sur trois piscines annoncées, une seule – la plus petite mais la plus profonde – était ouverte, sans aucune information préalable sur les travaux en cours. Les transats sont vieillissants et une odeur d’égout persistait autour de la piscine. En revanche, quelques points positifs méritent d’être notés : la proximité du port et de l’aéroport, très pratique si vous arrivez ou repartez de l’île de nuit. Et surtout, si vous choisissez cet hôtel, optez absolument pour une chambre vue mer : la vue sur l’océan est splendide et permet de contempler un lever de soleil magnifique chaque matin. Évitez en revanche les chambres ou suites situées aux abords de la route, beaucoup plus bruyantes.

Everything was great at the hotel from the first day to the last.

Hôtel à proximite de l'aéroport et du port, ce qui est pratique. Nous étions dans une suite avec vue mer. Malheureusement la qualité de la literie (surtout pour ma compage), le bruit de la chambre (l'espace nuit de la suite donne sur la rue et je suis sensible aux bruits), et surtout la qualité de la restauration n'est pas au rendez-vous (nous étions en demi-pension).

Very unclear on what was paid for and what wasn’t. Pool towels you needed a separate card. Drinks were not covered? I was charged for water two nights at dinner. It was not clear and no one was helpful in answering questions.

El hotel está bien, en buen estado, sin lujos. El personal es muy atento, profesional y amable. Pero la comida no es de hotel de 4 estrellas. Ni el desayuno ni la cena están a la altura, de ahí la valoración.

En la habitaciones nunca te colocan agua tienes que ir a un dispensador a tomar agua y no hay botellas para poder llevar agua a la habitación y la caja fuerte nunca me dieron la llave

Gutes Hotel, nur das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sollte mal aufgefrischt werden. Am Anfang etwas muffiger Geruch, lies sich aber schnell durch lüften los werden. Ansonsten alles gut

Großzügig und geräumig. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: sehr hellhörig. Mein Nachbar hörte die ganze Zeit sehr laute Rockmusik. Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Eier neben der Zubereitung der Frühstücksomelettes waren nur Dekoration. Verwendet wurde eine gelbe Flüssigkeit (vermutlich aus Eipulver). Ich schlage vor, nur frische, kanarische Bio Eier zu verwenden.

The stay was perfect

Excellent hotel resort. Lots to do. Mostly included in the price. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies. Don’t let them stay on you as they bite!!

Szép udvar és medencék. Szép környezet.

The view of the airport was unique and fascinating, watching the planes come and go without being disrupted was a daily entertainment! The view from our room 419 was superb, sun, ocean and pool view. On avery clear day, you can see Tenerife and La Gomera. The convenience of access to transportation, Santa Cruz and many excursions. All so close. We strongly recommend a car to access this beautiful but very mountainous island. There is no driving in a straight flat line! We found the food varied and generous but you had to make it early enough at meal times to get best selection. On the other hand, the dining room’s acoustics or lack there of made eating or dining a less than romantic experience… say, cafeteria with wine and noise from constant table clearing, supply carts on ceramic….hum…. the food was tasty though and well worth the aggravation. Staff smiling and efficient and we will miss this great deal for a pleasant affordable holiday on La Palma
