馬貝拉 – 巴努斯港 Hard Rock 飯店

The Hotel was really nice we had a great moment !! Team really friendly (why 4 stars : last nigh we were waiting at reception to ask a question about the check-out! Two employees were there, busy with a disgruntled customer (on August 21 at around 10pm). No problem, we waited, it was just us and this customer. A few minutes later a group of people arrived at reception to be served as well. Once one of the two hostesses had finished, she didn't hesitate to take her time with the other group, while we were there waiting for much longer! Not even a glance, no apologies, nothing at all, even though it wasn't crowded - it's not as if we could have been missed! (It was two women, one a brunette of small stature and the other a little heavier build, in this case we talk about the second one). It's a pity, because generally speaking we really appreciated all the staff, who were always very friendly and helpful, whether in the restaurant, the bar or the cleaners!

Das Hotel ist echt schön und die Mitarbeiter sind einfach nett. Grundsätzlich könnte es an manchen Stellen eine Renovierung gebrauchen, da Türen, Griffe etc abgenutzt sind. Das tut dem Gesamteindruck aber dennoch nichts zur Sache. Ich mag das Hotel sehr und kann es empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une super nuit, l’hôtel est très sympa, l’ambiance aussi, de la musique à la Piscine, ainsi qu’un très bon service. Nous avons été très content car l’entrée au casino est gratuite pour ceux de l’hôtel. Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner, la qualité de la nourriture n’est pas au top, les jus de fruit ne sont pas terribles.

Great customer service and the staff was kind overall. Good food and great pool! I would come to stay again when I come back to Marbella.

Just average hotel nothing special. Hotel is quite tired, rooms very basic.

Very nice hotel with a good breakfast

I reserved and paid for the best room and upon check in the hotel staff at the check in counter thought it’d be funny to downgrade me to the worst room with the worst view, the cheapest room when I paid for the most expensive room. I asked for a king bed and had to sleep on a single bed (it was 2 single beds put side by side and they call it a double bed). After multiple complaints the manager finally switched me to the room I originally paid for. I wasn’t compensated for the price difference let alone had anything made up for it. I didn’t receive any perks that come with the room I paid for except for one free drink ticket, absolute garbage treatment. The hotel description says it’s newly renovated and it’s not new at all. It’s in a poor state in many areas and the hallways are very narrow when you’re trying to move your luggage. I wasn’t offered any help with my belongings in check in and they didn’t do much to help me park the Porsche I rented even when I was tipping every one of them. I’ve posted some pictures to show you how “new” it is. This is on top of the noise you’d have to deal with from drunk guests late at night as the rooms are not sound proof, a lot of noise creeps in from the doors, and the rooms are very small with respect to what you pay for. It was my first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel and I would never stay at another one again. I do not recommend it, you’re best off spending your money else where if you want that peace of mind. Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. The pools are fun and they gave us free beds for the day. The cocktails were great and the prices weren't too bad. We only had breakfast but it was good with lots of variety. Check in was a bit manic and it took a while to get out room but they gave us a place to change and we chilled by the pool whilst we waited so it was all fine. The room was very nice, well decorated and very quiet.

Party hotel, som også betyder høj musik det meste af døgnet (4. gang jeg er der, så kan leve med det), og tæt ved det hele !

Restaurants a bit bust for lunch ect .

Hotellet er helt ok, beliggenheten super. De negative sidene er følgende: Hotellet trenger en liten oppgradering!! Renholdet var ikke tilfredsstillende. Måtte ofte be om kaffe, riktig antall håndklær etc. Liggeunderlag under laken i senger veldig klamt. Aircondition fungerte bra, men gjorde at rommet var konstant fuktig, så klær ble litt ekle. I korridorene kunne de med fordel støvsugd litt bedre, lå altfor ofte bøss rundt omkring. Men det er mye positivt å si om hotellet: To bassenger, de var helt supre. Nok solsenger og badehåndklær. Veldig god mat i pool-restauranten. Frokosten på hotellet er aldeles nydelig. Veldig mange hyggelige og hjelpsomme blant hotellets staff. Hadde de oppgradert en smule og strammet opp renholdspersonalet kunne dette blitt helt topp.

My friend and I were very pleased with hotel itself, its location (walking distance to the beach and a slightly longer walk to the restaurants / downtown) and amenities. Breakfast was excellent with so many fresh yummy options that we were full till early dinner. Staff was super polite and really helpful.

Beware of the parking scam. 3 days prior to your checkin, the hotel will email you about specials & upgrades where they offer you 50% parking discount and encourage you to book in advance claiming they have limited space. When you arrive, you will find out there is plenty of free public parking available around the hotel. In addition, when you are checking out they pretend they don’t know about the 50% discount they offered and I booked and charge you full price. This is a very cheap move from a brand like Hard Rock Hotel and burns customer trust.

This hotel is very vibrant with people…

The hotel is great. Pool is a great vibe, but it takes forever to get a drink when you are sitting at the pool. The hotel needs to hire more staff.

Loved it here,we stayed in a studio suite with pool view and the room was fantastic.The hotel as a great atmosphere and the staff were helpful and friendly the bar prices are also reasonable compared to other bars in the area. We stayed half board and and there was a great selection of food for both breakfast and dinner and of was good quality,During the day we lounged by the pool listening to DJ’s and the occasional live act while enjoying a cocktail.We’ll definitely be returning sometime in the near future..

Bad service, they dont speak english and dont pick up the phone.

Great location, hotel staff where unbelievable they where super helpful and was able to sort any issue or request we had, 10 out of 10 service and cleanliness
