Wonderful room comfortable beds lovely bathroom .. but lacked tea/coffee making facilities in the room. However there was a cafe downstairs.We used the restaurant for our evening meal which was excellent good value for money and very polite professional waiting staff a credit to the company . I would use the facilities again and recommend to other travellers.

My experience was last minute booking, as the hotel I was staying at could not extend me an extra night. Everything from checking in, to getting my room early was great! Room was clean and got everything I needed, plus a marvelous view of the Centro Botín and Paseo Pereda from the 8th floor.
I had to leave the next day to the airport on the first flight out, they called a cab and it was there within 5 minutes.
Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.

我訂了海景房間，景色很好，窗戶很大，房間亦很大，位置亦很好！可惜的是房間的空調是壞的，晚上睡覺覺得有點熱，幸好是五月，如果是夏天沒有空調的話，我不敢想像！另外廁所沒有抽氣系統，感覺味道有點糟糕！還有床架非常老舊，每次晚上睡覺轉身的時候感覺那個床架快要散了，亦發出非常嘈吵的聲音！

Requerimos un cuarto tranquilo, y nos dieron un cuarto con mucha vibración proveniente del ascensor ibicadi en una de lad paredes adyacentes al cuarto. Cuando pedimos cambiar ese cuarto nos dijieron que no habia otro disponible. Finalmente la recepcion nos dio la opcion de otro cuarto mas caro que finalmente tuvimos que aceptar.

Every thing was great. However, the day we check out, they didn’t mention the Santander airport opened at 5am. We left the hotel at 3am, waited out site the airport for 11/2hrs freezing until the doors open. No one at the hotel informed us of the airport schedule!!!

Everything pretty much good except the AC in the rooms sucks. Breakfast in hotel was very good we must admit. They blame the poor AC in room to heat outside but lobby was perfect. Just letting all know.

Reception staff were a little brusque and unfriendly but the staff in the cafe and the chambermaids were very friendly. The room was comfortable and had a lovely sea view. We’ve stayed in more than 20 hotels in the last 3 years in several countries and this was the first one that didn’t provide tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is disappointing for a 4* hotel

Fabulous welcome at check-in from Maria Jesus and an early check-in after our arrival from the Portsmouth ferry. Lovely room, clean, well appointed, spacious and a lovely view of the port. Truly magnificent breakfast. I travel a lot for business but this was absolutely top. Underground car park is very tight for a big car and accessed by a car elevator but great to have the car accessible by the hotel lift.
