Hôtel très bien situé. Très bon accueil

Plastic glasses in the room is poor. No tea or coffee making facilities was very surprising and a miss.

Spacious and elegant rooms with convenient location close to the gothic cathedral iright in front the cruise terminal and Centro Botin. Our room had nice views of the bay. It is a 35 minute walk to Playa Magdalena, so you might find better to rent a bike, to make it easier to move to the other beaches and around town. We drove into Santander and found the free on site parking very convenient. I parked myself and it was quite an experience since you access the parking space on a car lift. I enjoyed it. for the faint of heart, they do have valet parking service available.

breakfast and dinner were great except the beef stew where it was gross and it was for my daughter. everything else was good

Sehr zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Schöner Blick aufs Meer, allerdings ist der Straßenverkehr zu hören. Großzügiges Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, nur der Kaffee schmeckt leider überhaupt nicht. Lieber die nespresso Maschine nutzen um hinteren Bereich. Das Personal was ok, aber das Hotel strahlt eine eher kühle Business Atmosphäre aus, die spanische Herzlichkeit fehlt dem Mitarbeitern allesamt. Parken und der Tiefgarage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, eng, mit Auto Aufzug etc. Draußen parken ist mit etwas Geduld und der Park App gut möglich.

Over rated, ac on main areas wasn’t working, ac on room didn’t cool enough to be comfortable. Staff at cafeteria not polite and look upset all the time only friendly with locals. Reception guy at night had a really bad attitude when checking out

Lovely hotel , very good location , our room was spacious with fantastic view of the Bay and gardens, Staff very helpful , and friendly hotel’s coffee bar, bar and restaurant are very good too . Highly recommend Hotel Bahia

Beautiful view and a lot of options nearby.

Always look forward to staying at this hotel, not only because its proximity to the ferry port, but it is such a lovely place to stay. All the staff we deal with are helpful, the rooms immaculate, and the breakfast is plentiful and fresh. They also have underground parking with decent size spaces which needs to be pre-booked. The downside is when we stay it's on the way home. But looking forward to staying again next year.

A very clean and comfortable city centre hotel, perfectly located for the old town, the markets, the promenade and the ferries. There is limited parking, so book this early, but if you get a space it makes your stay so much easier - and it’s not too expensive (€17.50 per night). The hotel rooms are well equipped and the beds large and comfortable. Bathroom also has a selection of things you may have forgotten. There is a restaurant/cafeteria/bar, but we found the location was exceptionally convenient for all the amazing eateries serving great local produce.

This is a really lovely hotel in a great location. Beautiful spacious room. Large bathroom with a bath. It was very quiet in the hotel and no noise from the surrounding streets. Carparking was easy....there was a lift down to the underground garage. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite had a beautiful view. Unfortunately also had a damp odor and limited amenities. I had to ask for tissue paper and electric kettle. Bathtub was a huge jacuzzi but very slippery and I almost fell. Shower head too high for comfort. It says 5 stars but it’s definitely below.

Large room and bathroom which was clean and comfortable. Its a large hotel so a little impersonal but friendly enough Underground car parking was useful and easy to manoeuvre but as its car lift operated you have to wait for some time

Hotel Bahia is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. It is very well maintained and the staff were so helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. You can catch the bus to El Sardinero beach or walk there in sbout 30 minutes. There are also local ferries close by, one takes you to the Puntal sand dunes, not to be missed. Also kept turning corners and discovering new squares with bars and restaurants.

In the right place at the right place. Very good breakfast, comfortable room with a sea view.
