Good location

总体对的起这个住宿费用，所在位置距离任何地方商店都不远！平均步行10分钟都可以到达，隔音稍微不怎么好！

酒店位置很好，离加泰罗尼亚广场近，出门方便，附近好吃的小馆子比较多。但住宿条件很一般，隔音很差，房间小，总体性价比不高，不太值这个价格。希望未来能更合理定价。

Staffs are friendly. There are restaurant and supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. Location is good.

Due to a switch of my travel plan, I have two bookings, each with three nights but in a different room type (first three nights are in luxury room type). I have informed the staff about this situation on the first day. The staff said they will see if it is necessary to reallocate my room on the fourth day and never mentioned an extra charge is needed. I haven't received any notification since then, even though I asked a staff to fix the safety box in my room on the fourth day morning. When I came back at night on the fourth day, my key card was not working anymore, so I asked the reception staff for help and he didn't say anything as well and fix my keycard. These all implied that I don't have to change the room which I would definitely do so if I would be charged extra. However, I was asked to pay an addition of 70 Euros by the reception staff when checking out. I refused to do so and he threatened to call the police. I explained to him that I have informed the hotel on the first day and no one ever contacted me again regarding the issue. He insisted that I need to pay and said the night time staff who help with my keycard is not truly their staff and have no idea of my issue. I compromised and try to pay the amount, while he suddenly said 'I don't want your f****** money'. I have never encountered such a rude and impolite hotel staff. I felt so insulted and it really ruined my whole trip. Hotel operation here is bad and flawed, pay attention when you stay here.

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Constanza. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the staff were happy to help with directions. The room was spotless, bed comfortable and I loved my Juliet balcony.

Pleasant, clean room with excellent shower. A balcony provided 2 chairs and a table. We were able to sign in to Netflix and YouTube on the TV.

This is a lovely city centre hotel. Ideally situated for sightseeing. It’s a more traditional Spanish style hotel, surprisingly quiet for a town hotel. The hotel is clean and has modern facilities, check in was very pleasant and the staff very helpful. Great value - 100% recommend.

깨끗한 객실과 친절한 서비스는 매우 만족합니다. 다만 배정 받은 방은 창문이 있지만 실내 창문으로 햇볕과 환기가 되지 않았습니다.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, muito arrumado!

Balcony furniture dirty . Hallway rugs dirty . Walls had holes in them . Reception staff very moody , serious faces and friendly at all . We had heavy luggage’s and just arrived via fast trains and were tired and were placed in a tower where we had to lift our luggage’s up several steps There was no bell boy nor were we offered any assistance .

Desk staff was very helpful with check in process. They were great at helping with directions. Convenient purchase of Hop on Hop off tour tickets. Balcony was nice to see the street scape from. Good location to various attractions.
