Una joya este hotel en él centro de cadiz, buen desayuno, maletero por sí quieres seguir disfrutando de Cadiz después del check out y las habitaciónes amplias, cómodas y el aire acondicionado Perfecto. Caminando visitas todo el Centro Historico y vas a la playa sin problemas. Me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi en minutos, siendo que no hay servicio de taxis de aplicacion y no circulan muchos por la calle, definitivamente lo volvería a tomar y lo recomiendo

Das Hotel liegt an einem bezaubernden, belebten Platz. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfang- und abwechlsungsreich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer und das Bad und insgesamt das ganze Hotel waren super sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Sonder)wünsche wurden entgegenkommend erfüllt. Ich würde immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen, wenn ich (hoffentlich noch oft) in die faszinierende Stadt Càdiz komme.

The hotel’s climatization system was completely inoperable throughout my stay. As a direct result, during a period of extreme cold temperatures and continuous rain over two days, I was left without any form of heating. These conditions created unsafe and unhealthy lodging circumstances, which led to my developing a sinus infection. The situation was further aggravated by the presence of significant mold within the property, compounding the health risks. Critically, the hotel failed to disclose these material deficiencies at the time of check-in, depriving me of the ability to make an informed decision or to seek alternative accommodations. Compounding the matter, the hotel initially refused to process any refund through Hotels.com despite my attempts to do so. It was only after I escalated the issue directly with the hotel—copying the Consulate General of Spain in Miami—that they agreed to issue a partial refund of approximately 10%, an inadequate amount given the health impact, lack of disclosure, and substandard conditions experienced.
