Nous avons resté ici en décembre et j'adore cet hôtel !
The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Bilbao is a great city!

深夜到着でしたがあたたかく迎えてくれました。
部屋も快適で騒音などの問題もなく、快適に過ごすことができました。
チェックアウト後も荷物を快く預かってくださり、大変助かりました。
チェックイン前にしたメールに返信がなく心配になりましたが、それ以外はとても良いホテルだと思います。

The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Bilbao is a great city!

La estancia, la habitación, el desayuno y el hotel en general muy bien. Muy cerca de todo. Lo malo que yo necesitaba parking y me tuve que ir lejos a aparcar en otro lado porque no había sitio. Eso me decepcionó muchísimo.

Do not stay here if you like sleep. Bar-Club operates until 5am thursday-Sunday. Maintenance staff are very loud and start work by 8am. Walls are very very thin.

La señorita rusa de la recepción es lamentable.
Viajo mucho y no volveré a un hotel de esta cadena.
No se puede tener personal que trate mal a sus clientes. 2 habitaciones sin desayuno 410€. Parking 28€ y ni un minuto mas de las 12:00.
Solo una toalla en habitación doble.
Nada recomendable.
