We had a good stay in Hotel Nelva which is a bit further out from the historic old town. The garage is easy to use comparing to other city hotels in Spain. The room was clean and service was excellent.

We got almost zero sleep due to the room next door parting until about 4am. Smoking weed and loud music on the balcony was a disgrace and disrespectful
Why did the hotel security not sort this out ?
This should not be allowed to happen and I expect a reply from the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist this morning about it but she wasn’t interested and offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill??!!
Shame on you Nelva for allowing this type of behaviour to happen

Olimme laittaneet hakuun uima-altaan ja parvekkeen. Uima-allas oli kiinni ja parveke suoraan liikenneympyrän viereen erittäin vilkkaan tien varresta 1. kerroksesta. Huone oli myös melko tunkkaisen hajuinen.
