El apartamento estaba muy mal estado, no funcionaba el secador, las cortinas rotas… Las fotos no se correspondían con la realidad. Muy viejo y es muy mal estado.

Great location. If you like to walk, easy to get to downtown. Neighbourhood is safe to walk. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Clean, A little worned. Very friedly and serveceminded crew. We had our room to the roundabut which disturbed our nightsleep a bit. Overall 4 plus.

Great staff , very attentive

We had a good stay in Hotel Nelva which is a bit further out from the historic old town. The garage is easy to use comparing to other city hotels in Spain. The room was clean and service was excellent.

Nice well laid out hotel.

We got almost zero sleep due to the room next door parting until about 4am. Smoking weed and loud music on the balcony was a disgrace and disrespectful Why did the hotel security not sort this out ? This should not be allowed to happen and I expect a reply from the hotel. I spoke to the receptionist this morning about it but she wasn’t interested and offered free parking as a gesture of goodwill??!! Shame on you Nelva for allowing this type of behaviour to happen

Olimme laittaneet hakuun uima-altaan ja parvekkeen. Uima-allas oli kiinni ja parveke suoraan liikenneympyrän viereen erittäin vilkkaan tien varresta 1. kerroksesta. Huone oli myös melko tunkkaisen hajuinen.

Habitación limpia. Colchones malos para el hotel que es. Dificultad de acceso al garaje o a plantas cuando hay algo de gente.
