Good location for conference in the CCIB. Much help from the friendly front desk. This is a great experience in Barcelona. A little far from most of the tourist site but close to the sunny beach!

Op zich een prima hotel. In ieder geval goede locatie ten opzichte van strand, vervoer en winkels. Zwembad is klein en er werd veel gerookt bij het zwembad. Wellicht ontkom je er niet aan maar er werd ook een handdoek neergelegd zonder aan het zwembad te blijven. 2 punten die niet mochten maar waar geen aandacht aan werd geschonken vanuit het personeel. Althans dat hebben wij niet gezien.

Tolles Hotel war für eine Woch da. Service Personal freundlich. Frühstücksauwahl sehr groß und frisches Obst immer vorhanden. U Bahn 3 min entfernt. Strand zu Fuß zirka 10 Minuten. Bus direkt vor dem Eingang. Der Pool mit der Aussicht aussergewöhnlich.

Spa was great beach and mall was great. Doors did creak it was annoying but great stay overall and breakfast was great.

Door to toilet doesn’t work properly, so we needed to go to reception each time to use bathroom even tho we told the staff about the door.. card to rooms doesn’t work had to change the same day 5 times. Bar was closed for hours at swimming pool and I needed to go down to get a towel and they only had one towel. I couldn’t enjoy my coffe at pool cause it was from the room. Ice machine didn’t work , they always miss to give new water , in the shower the water isn’t stabile so it’s hot and cold all the time. Air condition is bad and doesn’t go down properly in temperature. Also we didn’t order an office room but it obviously came with an office and we asked to change and they didn’t have any. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Correspond davantage à un 3 étoiles. Service très en deçà de ce qui est attendu pour un 4 étoiles. Infrastructures très anciennes et très usées (chambre etc).

Good location

This was a great stay for us. Super close to the metro, the tram and close to the beach as well. I would go again.

Ausblick und Personal ist Top, the 15 floor ist auch sehr nett, Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und lecker Der Pool am Dach ist sehr klein und immer voll mit Leuten es sind zu wenig Liegeplätze Das Spa ist nicht inkludiert, steht aber nicht in der Buchung, Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist das ein Fenster ins Badezimmer ist das man nur mit einem halb durchsichtigen Rollladen abdecken kann man sieht aber trotzdem extrem durch

Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, schön und modern. Personal in der Rezeption ist äußerst freundlich aber nicht ausreichend für die Anzahl Gästen. Hotel braucht dringend ein self-checkin system. Wir haben mehr als 40 Min aufs check-in gewartet. Poolbereich ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt aber das Personal (konkret Anna) war sehr unfreundlich.

Boa academia e piscina, muito próximo do Centro de Convenções. Tram na porta e metro a um bloco de distância..

1. Checked in early and were told to return at 3 pm, which we did. When we returned, we had to wait another 45 minutes just to get the room key because of a long line and under-staffing. 2. Asked a male front-desk staffer - the morning of June 22 - if the hotel provided beach towels. The response was quite rude: “No, and you are prohibited from using the room towels.” It seems like the staffer skipped the Courtesy 101 class. 3. The design of the room is worst I’ve experienced in 45 years of traveling. The bathroom has a window that allows others to look in even when you lower the window screen. Also, a book shelf inexplicably juts into the middle of the room. I ran into the shelf while attempting to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, resulting in bloody gash and a black eye. I’ll take responsibility for not being more careful, but I’m certain I’m not the only guest ever to experience this mishap. 4. At checkout, the front desk staffer didn’t ask about my stay. I hadn’t complained about any of the above so there was no way for her to know that my three-night stay had not met my expectations. The hotel is in a great location directly across from the beach in the Poble Nou neighborhood. It’s probably the only aspect of this hotel I would recommend to fellow travelers. Otherwise, you would be better off staying somewhere else.

Excelente un muy buen lugar para poder hospedarte, limpio, con excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa, desayunos excelentes, muy recomendable

Hotel muito bom, super confortável, funcionarios super atenciosos. Com certeza volto outras vezes.

Fint hotel nær CCIB Gode rummelige værelser Dejligt at de sørger for vand til værelset Særligt badeværelset er dog noget slidt og kunne bruge en opgradering.

El alojamiento deja mucho que desear fui el primer día al restaurante y estuve 30 min y nadie me atendió y me tuve que ir, cuando fui a la piscina había un bar intenté pedir 3 veces una bebida y el camarero decía que estaba ocupado con otros cocteles y no podía tomar mi orden y cuando acabó como a la hora que quise tomar algo se fue y no volvió por una hora más, luego el día de ayer todo el hotel estuvo sin luz por más de 13 horas incluyendo las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado ni luz, ni nada por el estilo y no me han querido dar solución en el hotel, le hechan la culpa al hotel manager y no aparece según recepción hasta nuevo aviso
