Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Inturotel. Das Hotel ist frisch saniert, stylisch und modern, sauber und in Schuss, das Personal war freundlich, das Essen war abwechslungsreich, sehr hohe Qualität und die Auswahl sehr groß. Der Essensraum ist etwas laut - was aber zu erwarten ist bei einem Familienhotel. Der Service war aber wirklich sehr gut und schnell und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Abendprogramm hat den Kids sehr gefallen. Rundum zu empfehlen.

Clean room, housekeeping cleans and restocks room daily which was so nice to come back to! Beautiful resort, beach is very close and staff was extremely helpful! Parking can be tedious but it’s the way all over the island! They provided crib for us and the store right across the street has everything you need including some baby supplies!

Generellt bra men inte mer än så. Förutom den otroligt varma och trevliga mörka mannen som jobbade som servitör. Ihanb… någonting hette han. Hotellet ligger jättevackert men det känns inte som ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Kanske som att det har varit det en gång i tiden men är lite på dekis. Har kanske och göra med att vi har där sista helgen innan stängning.

Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön aufgebaut und alles ist sehr gepflegt - samt der poolanlage. Die Lage des Hotels ist top und man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die Cala Esmeralda. Wir hatten ein Premium-Appartment gebucht, welches kürzlich erst renoviert wurde. Leider waren dennoch bereits viele Mängel zu finden, wie total verkratzte Armaturen im Bad, fehlendes Furnier an den Möbeln, kaputte Dunstesse usw. Bei Anreise haben wir allerlei fremde Haare und einen dreckigen Boden vorgefunden, was aber nach Anruf bei der Rezeption sehr schnell behoben wurde. Die tägliche Reinigung war anstandslos. Die Auswahl bei der Halbpension war umfangreich, wenn auch sehr auf Massenabfertigung ausgelegt. Das Restaurant ist zu den Stoßzeiten sehr laut und für alleinstehende/Paare eher nicht zu empfehlen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen.

Det var utrolig bråkete i martsalen. Unger som gråt og ropte og foreldre som styrte fært. Maten var ikke spesielt god - verken frokost eller middag. Kjøttet fra grillen var så seigt at det nesten ikke gikk an å tygge det. Rommene var OK, men litt ukoselige. Personalet var vennlige, men ikke mer enn det - de kunne feks ikke hjelpe oss med å få egne dyner til sengene. Positivt var at stranden og vannet var fint. Resten av Cala Dor var ikke noe å se på - nedslitte bygninger og kommersielle stranbutikker.

Beautiful property, the beds were ok, not the most comfortable, everything else in the room was perfect other than having one day where our hot water wasn’t fully working. We knew this would be a family resort, and had adult only areas but the public beach and dining is full of other people with young children and it’s very busy and loud. I would come back if I bring my kids with me, otherwise, I would go with an adults only resort for a more relaxing experience.

Also,was wir uns am meisten gefallen hat,war die ruhige Umgebung mit Sonnenschein und Sonnenuntergang☀️☀️😍,und was uns richtig aufgefallen ist dass die meisten Personal nicht so richtig freundlich waren,uns hätten es gewünscht dass sie mehr und allen Gästen und nicht nur um paar Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt bekommen. Aber vielen Dank trotzdem am Expedia für die schnelle Bearbeitung und arbeit, es hat riesig Spaß gemacht, nächste Jahr wieder,aber andere Hotel cala dor auf jeden Fall 🍁☀️☀️

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach. Adults only pool in mid September was not that busy. Rooms were refurbished in May this year but already many scratches, doors not closing properly - it’s clear it was not the most high quality refurbishment. However sound proofing was great. We had Breakfast in our room rate which honestly was not great, and quite shocking in the number of options We enjoyed our stay as the hotel is extremely well located, but there are some gaps. I imagine in peak season the hotel is extremely busy.
