A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr angenehm – das Hotel ist sauber, ruhig und das Personal freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es lediglich, weil ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen konnte, warum Käse und Salami beim Frühstück extra bestellt werden mussten und nicht direkt am Buffet verfügbar waren. Außerdem wurden wir an mehreren Morgen bereits gegen 5 Uhr von der Müllabfuhr geweckt – dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts, aber ich finde es als Hinweis für andere Gäste dennoch erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus – absolut empfehlenswert!

Beautiful property. Breakfast was mid. It was a little out of the way for common Lanzorate sites. Staff was not that helpful to me when I inquired about renting a car and had to figure it out on my own. and trust me, you NEED a car if you're staying here.

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft fernab vom Massentourismus. Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht: von Pool, über kostenlose Parkplätze bis hin zu einem eigenen Restaurant wo man hervorragend essen kann. Alles war bestens und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen

Horrible. No fridge or air conditioning. There is NOT a poolside bar or a deli.. it is the place you have breakfast which is then closed all day - it is a countertop at best and has no bar. You have NO access to water, drinks or food by day . I asked for ice ( for my WARM bottled water ) and was refused 3 times. In 25 degree heat to have no access to hydration or a fridge to keep your own is shocking. At the VERY least it should be advertised on their ‘ facilities’. I would not have booked. Food in the restaurant was revolting and WAY overpriced.. loin steak ( what is that?) arrived looking like a grey bluish brain.. sawed into it and totally RAW / freezing. Only wish I’d taken photo.. looked like a dead body. The ‘ look’ I got returning it ( I believe this is a popular place with locals) was shock that I dare do so .. ordered aubergine something .. inedible and look and consistency of cat food. Left starving .. and they still made me pay! Wine ( only thing to stop me crying) fine but the mark up .. daylight robbery. €10 bottle Protos sold for €30!!! . On top of all this staff either completely ignored me or were rude.. including those at reception and the manager. It was mostly Spanish guests and they spoke to them , often over the top of me! I wanted ‘ away from tourists’ but this was next level .. treated me like I was a stray Dog that they wanted to kick. In fact there was a stray cat.. they were friendlier to it . Pool ICE.. NOBODY went in it inc. me.. HELL HOLE!

El sitio está muy bien tanto en ubicación, limpieza y atención al cliente. El desayuno es bastante completo, especialmente la fruta variada, y la chica que se encarga del desayuno es fenomenal. Muy atenta y con una energía muy positiva.

Beautiful traditional small hotel with traditionally styled rooms. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open on the night we stayed.

Super séjour, très bel hôtel dans un très bel environnement. Personnel souriant et sympathique. Il ne manquerait que de l’eau potable et un service à café /thé dans la chambre.

Nice location, room and breakfast. Communal Facilities need a facelift. Hot tub needed a clean and refill. Admin chaotic - our reservation was duplicated. We were charged twice and refused a refund.

Bonne adresse pour séjourner à Lanzarote

Leider hat das Zimmer nur ein Fenster das man öffnen kann im Bad. Im Dezember liegt der Pool selten in der Sonne und ist windig. Das Frühstücks Buffet hat sehr viel unterschiedliche Früchte aber nur 2 Marmeladen aus dem Portionspack. Es ist insgesamt ein eher karges spanisches Frühstück. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war an unfreundlichkeit nicht zu übertreffen. Was fehlt, ist die Gemütlichkeit. Alles ist sauber aber man fühlt sich nirgends richtig wohl.

très bon accueil et service de la part du personnel toujours souriant et plein de bonne volonté. Bel hôtel joliment décoré bien placé. petit problème de bruit chambre 2 (petite) car située face à l'escalier extérieur bois d'accès aux chambres de l'étage. Excellent PDJ salé, sucré à volonté, jacuzzi à disposition, piscine non chauffée. Très bon restaurant bodega sur place ! parking extérieur gratuit, je recommande
