Excelente hotel lo recomiendo 100%

Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side.

Struttura potenzialmente ottima, ma lasciata un pò andare. Ottima vista. Pulizia scadente, pasti nella media per il tipo di struttura.

Todo perfecto me gusta el laguna park 2 hace unos cuantos años estuve hay lo único que si echo de menos son las hamacas con respaldar y el wifi de resto perfecto

Pouvoir cuisiner soi même. Par contre il faut bien ses effets personnels, les femmes de ménage peuvent jeter certaines choses. Une des réceptioniste est antipathique mais le reste du personnels très sympa

Pues que estando nosotros en una habitación a las 6 de la mañana le dieron la llave a otra persona con el susto cuando entró a la habitación

Hotel was better than I thought lack of receptionist is the only problem however very nice overall

Las camas se hundían al acostarse, entraba mucha claridad en la habitación y por mucho que extendieses las cortinas no eras capaz de ojo. Pagamos mucho dinero por un alojamiento sin nada incluido y ni jabón para el cuerpo había en los baños. No hay cartel para poder colgar en la puerta en caso de no querer q entren el personal de limpieza y de hecho, una mañana nos despertamos con una chica de la limpieza entrando. No volvería a alojarme en este hotel ni tampoco lo recomendaría. ¿Lo único bueno? La puesta de sol.

Could have been better: A. Apartment had no ventilation; door had to be kept open for circulation. B. No air conditioning in apartment; fan in one room was very noisy. C. Apartment wasn’t cleaned everyday. D. Bathroom and rooms were quite run down. E. No hot water around noon.

Chambre qui mériterait grand ravalement, mais conforme au photos, hygiène à revoir, invasion de cafard dans la chambre. Literie vraiment peu confort.

Smuk beliggenhed med udsigt over hav og bjerge. Rummelig lejlighed med stor altan. Køkkenet lidt for spartansk indrettet. Grundig rengøring hver anden dag med skift af håndklæder og hver fjerde dag af sengelinned. Venligt personale. Rigtig god plads med mange solsenge ved stor pool. Den var dog ikke opvarmet! Hotellet ligger højt, hvilket betyder, at det kan være problematisk for gangbesværede.

Trevligt område, bra bemötande av personal och relativt fräscht boende. Ligger ganska högt upp, kan vara en tuff backe för äldre eller under en varm dag. Bra att bussen går ända upp till lägenheterna. Däremot väldigt hårda sängar

Laguna 2 was very clean throughout The apartment was also clean and comfortable.Food at restaurant was good and varied and staff were friendly and helpful.The only letdown was the condition of the resort itself and although very clean it was in dire need of a major overhaul.

The rooms were dated but very clean, and spacious for two people, and the views were amazing from some rooms. As you could see down to the pool and the sea leading to one of the other islands, but it’s not worth all inclusive as the food wasn’t always worth having, little supermarket round the corner works to be cheaper. Some staff were okay, if you needed a taxi they’d call and it’d be here within minutes. Night time bar staff were very friendly. They just didn’t communicate with one another properly and would tell guest difference answers. It’s not fully disabled friendly, but there are lifts available as it’s full of steps and steep slopes.

The staff was not very friendly. I don't expect 5 star services since it's ja 2 star hotel but basic normal customer service should be everywhere. Otherwise nothing to say. It was what I paid for.

Very basic but was only cheap so we can’t really complain. Very clean just very dated.
