Very excellent stay - apart from the very clean room, great breakfast (with many healthy opportunities as well) extra points must go to the service level. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who made sure to make the stay extra pleasant. Would definitely come back another time.

The staff were great. Breakfast awesome. Stayed here with my girlfriends on girls gateway and they helped me plan a surprise dinner for my girls. Lovely environment. I will stay here again

Lovely hotel ideal location for Port Portals - walkable in 5 mins. Hotel is spotless Pool area has a lovely chilled vibe. Nice pool bar with varied menu. Service was good. Bedroom was basic nice size but no balcony and after seeing the rooms are friends were in - they all had balcony’s yet we booked the same rooms it was a little disappointing. I would definitely stay here again However I would get a room with a balcony

Sadly the pool was not open as advertised and there was plan to open anytime soon. Hotels.com stepped in and the Relocation Team , fully refunded us, and we moved to a more suitable one. Thanks for your professionalism.

Overall a decent stay. No issues at all. Situated in a very nice area, however the area is limited to one walkable beach, and very few reasonable restaurants. Mostly overpriced near by. However palmanova is only a 5 min bus away, and palma is 20-30 mins on bus. Bus station is a 2 min walk away from hotel.
Hotel breakfast is pretty good, however there is no gym at this hotel, and only one pool. Pool area didnt get too busy, always managed a sunbed.
Would recommend this hotel, however would most likely stay in a different area of majorca in future.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Personal sympathisch, sehr nett, kompetent. Grosse Zimmer mit viel Stauraum. Frühstücksbüffet hervorragend. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel vorhanden. Gute verkehrsgünstige Lage. 10 -15 Gehminuten vom Yachthafen mit vielen Restaurants entfernt. Preis/Leistung eher in gehobener Klasse, aber für 4* absolut in Ordnung. Jederzeit wieder!
