Although communication is a bit difficult, as I only know very limited Spanish and Margarita do not speak much English, She is nice and willing to help! I stayed there for 21 nights for my washout before going back to my home country. Due to the entry requirements of my home country and the loss of my passport, I need to print out tons of documents, but I don’t want to go to photocopy shops outside as those documents contained my personal information. Therefore, I asked Margarita and she only charged me very little for this (I would charge more if a resident keeps using so many papers of mine) Also, they value cleanliness of the rooms, most of the day I was lazy and didn’t want to go out, but they would still ask me if I needed room cleaning, which is very important during the pandemic. If I insisted no, they would at least give me some new towels, which I appreciated it very much. My room was tidy and comfortable, but you may need to equip yourself with flip flops, toothbrush, toothpaste, conditioner as they are not provided, but they can easily be found in the supermarkets which are very closed to this hotel. The location is great, although it was pretty hard for me to spot the hotel the night I first came here, finding a restaurant, going to landmarks/ metro station, buying foods/drinks in supermarket was very convenient.

I stayed there for 1 night, and really had a good rest. The room was cozy, bright and clean. Most importantly, it was quiet enough for me to have a good sleep. I would want to stay there again if I visit Madrid again in the future.

owner can,t speak english but she was friendly and helpful. the breakfast provided is superd and wifi connection is awesome!!
