非常棒的体验，在海角的山顶有着非常壮丽的景色。只可惜酒店在部分装修，很多设备不能使用。去的那两天大雾还下雨，酒店景色也没有欣赏的很完整。

A beautiful area

Spectacular view from every angle. Central areas very good. Ate in bar followed by restaurant 3/5 fairly disappointing for 4* hotel. Staff fairly efficient rather than friendly. Would probably still return.

Jag har tittat på detta hotell många gånger och bokade äntligen. Dock har jag aldrig sett att det var en nöjespark precis breve och runt hotellet. Vi tog ett billigt rum så varje gång de körde bergochdalbanan så skrek folk precis utanför fönstret. En fantastisk utsikt över staden och vinbaren var mycket trevlig. Men utsikten är det som var bäst.

I arrived and was largely ignored while the front desk just chatted with each other on Spanish I had no idea what I was waiting for. The room smelled when I walked in, the aircon didn’t work. I tried opening the window but it still wouldn’t get rid of the smell. The service at the bar was the worst service I’ve ever encountered and that was by two different bar tenders. I was also parked in and when I tried to ask for help I was ignored by parking attendants that let people in and just told that they don’t speak English I couldn’t get out. I only stayed one night and then left, the basics of a hotel. The price and rating of the hotel doesn’t match it at all.

Food options were limited to one restaurant on site or a truck into the town centre. Access to the town centre was limited to the funicular, which stopped at 21.30 or a local bus service, a 20 minute walk away.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix,attention chambres tres mal insonorisées!gros point positif la localisation, la vue sur san sebastien est spectaculaire !

We loved the quietness at the pool all afternoon-evening, the views, the weather, ...

Une très belle vue depuis la Terasse, la piscine et le restaurant de l’hôtel. Une piscine belle et bien entretenue. Mais des chambres avec des installations et une décoration vieillissante. Service pas à la hauteur du prix et du standing que devrait avoir l’établissement. Salle de sport très décevante.

Top locatie met fantastisch uitzicht over zee! Inchecken was waardeloos. Zeer klantonvriendelijk. Erg jammer!

Läget och utsiskten slår det mesta. Hade dock förväntat mig mer av ett 4 stjärnigt hotell. Ganska lyhörda rum, och en frän doft i rummet av något städmedel. Terassen med poolen är ljuvlig, panoramafönster vid baren och restaurangen är såklart fantastisk. Enkelt att ta sig till stan med bergbanan.

Arriving at the Hotels lobby checking in, there were a que and just one receptionist. A young receptionist came rushing in to help, and starting shouting at the guest to take it easy. (not a good start) We had paid for a Privilege room, but several facilities were missing in the room. No slippers, No bathrobe, No espresso machine. Further more they write soundproof doors, which is a big lie. We could here the nabo's loud and clear. The general service at the hotel is way below standards, specially considering the 4 stars they have. The bar service slow, the waiters have attitude, the pool Guy arrogant and slepping at his post. Apart from the amassing views and beautiful locations, the hotel does not live up to there 4 stars.

Mooi zwembad op de top vh zwembad. Leuk attractiepark bij het hotel. Hier hoor je echter wel geluid van. Vonden wij niet storend.

Tiene una ubicación donde la vista es única y espectacular! El hotel es bello y de mucha clase. Su atención es increíble. Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso! La comida riquísima y muy bien presentada.
