NOT a 5 star hotel...maybe 4 if you overlook a lot. Also not pet friendly. Perhaps pet tolerant as your pet is only allowed in the room and in the hallways after paying a large per night fee. The rooms are small and somewhat dirty. We had a glass that looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. One of the outlets popped right out when we unpluged a charger. House keeping does not change sheets every day. Some of the rooms just face an outdoor brick wall. The pool looked beyond disgusting, i wouldnt send my dog in it, yet alone swim in it. Overlall not worth the money. The best part was that the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was very good, I'd give 4.5 stars out of 5. Food great, brilliant location and staff incredibly friendly. Unfortunately the air con wasn't working and the room was quite stuffy; they didn't make me aware of this on check in. Room was reasonably clean, but there was a pretty thick layer of dust on the mirror. Overall I would stay again.

L'hotel è classificato come un 5 stelle, ma, soprattutto avendolo paragonato con altri hotels nel centro di Cordoba, dovrebbe essere considerato un 3, massimo 4 stelle. Questo perché: 1. Per 3 volte durante il nostro soggiorno la carta per aprire la porta della camera ha smesso di funzionare; la terza volta abbiamo chiesto di parlare con la manager dell'hotel per far ben presente il problema, abbiamo lasciato i nostri nomi alla reception, ma la manager non ci ha mai contattato o si è mai preoccupata di sapere cosa stesse succedendo, mai... in un albergo a 5 stelle e con clienti che stanno in una delle stanze più grandi e per 2 settimane?! 2. Non c'è né una palestra (ci sono due macchine per gli esercizi in una specie di scantinato all'aperto) né un business center o spazio dove poter tranquillamente lavorare sul proprio laptop (in caso uno non possa usare la stanza temporaneamente); di nuovo, com'è possibile in un albergo a 5 stelle? 3. Nel bagno della nostra stanza il servizio non si è mai preoccupato di mettere lo scopino/spazzola per il WC. 4. Il servizio pulizia una volta ha lasciato la finestra della nostra camera aperta. Ci sono decisamente hotels migliori in centro a Cordoba, ad un simile prezzo o migliore.
