This was our first visit to Cordoba. This hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying all the wonderful historical attractions. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Great location for travelers who want to be within walking distance to the wonderful shops of local artisans, fabulous restaurants and historical landmarks. Helpful staff assisted in finding parking for our large vehicle that would not fit in the hotel's own lot. Wonderful full breakfast service to start your day, beautiful pool and patio areas if you just want to linger on the premises.

Ideal location within the old town yet very easy to reach the more modern central shopping area. A quiet and peaceful location. Small but adequate pool area for a quick cooling dip after a busy day. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. For a short three night stay, this hotel and Cordoba was spot on.

My stay here was great. The staff is very nice. My only complaint is for the air conditioning. It never got cold in the room. I called the front desk and they told me that the thermostat measured the temperature in the room only so I closed the door and lowered the temperature by 2 degrees, however, the temperature in the room never changed and it never felt the temperature that was showing on the thermostat. Mine was a short stay so I didn’t mind much but for a longer stay it would have been difficult for a person who is accustomed to a better room temperature.

Overall the staff and room were ok

Everything about this stay was amazing. The proximity to everything in town? The staff, the coffee shop, the room. One thing i would recommend to improve is the stifness of the bed. This is a very key point to a stay at a hotel and the bed was not the most comfortable.

This hotel is spotless clean, with a quiet location right in the centre of Cordoba. Staff is friendly and helpful. Using the hotel's restaurant is a must!

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was fantastic. For some reason they have modified it and not always for the best. The Aircon in the bedroom was controlled centrally and when I asked if they could lower it for our room, they said yes but it never happened. The breakfast is still very good but it is not as extensive as previous. Reception has been modified and it is functional but the previous reception was just as nice BUT it smelt better (strange I know). Biggest gripe was as part of my booking, I should get a free bottle of wine in the room and it took the best part of 2 days to get it no matter how many times I asked for it. All that said, would I stay here again, absolutely. It's location alone sells it and all the small gripes mentioned above, they are fairly petty gripes and personal to me. Not sure it is a 5 star though.

Instructions for parking are quite unclear when arriving with a car. We called the hotel twice to get instructions for arrival and checking in and were hung up on. The bathroom is dated and not clean. Cordoba is beautiful and the historic location of this hotel is great but the staff communication was poor. The included breakfast was a typical European breakfast.

We loved, loved, loved this hotel. The checkin was efficient and the receptionist was so helpful with suggestions for our visit. We stayed for 5 days and were quite sad to leave. In a perfect location to explore the city it is a cool haven after a day sightseeing. Our room was lovely, and well maintained.There were some great touches. The only thing that let it down was the layout of the room - a little old fashioned in some details - such as the layout of the sockets (1 socket behind the bedside table), the position of the sofa compared to the TV (it was under the TV so you could not see it when sitting down), coffee machine tucked away in a cupboard and difficult to use, aswell as no usefully positioned socket for using the clothes steamer. And in a wonderful bathroom with a great shower the position of the hand soap is only useful when you are using one of the sinks. All of the amenities are there, and high quality ones as well, but it is just the layout which lets it down. The breakfast was excellent, with wonderful staff looking after everything. We felt welcomed and looked after. We also ate at the hotel twice. The second time was because the other places we had tried in town were not as good and we preferred the experience at the hotel. The food was well presented and delicious, The pool was great after a day out. A small area with a few beds. Some of the beds were damaged and needed replacing though. Again great staff looking after it, We would stay again.

The Hotel location is great within walking distance of all attractions. The staff was great to deal with. The check-in process easy. good size room with a patio. We did not use the patio as it was way too hot.
