The hotel is in a good location, with secure car park if you are arriving from the ferry. There is a metro station a few minutes walk from the hotel which brings you to the city centre just one stop away. The hotel has a swimming pool and outdoor area which is great.

Fint og velholdt hotell. Vi fikk et stort og fint familierom, standarden var bra og alt virket nytt/bra vedlikeholdt og rent. Den eneste bemerkningen var at den kom med en kapsel-kaffemaskin der man fikk 2 kapsler for hele oppholdet vårt på 4 netter, kapselene kunne heller ikke kjøpes på noe supermarked.
Frokosten hadde et bra utvalg. Veldig fint å ha bassenget på en familieferie, vår datter på 8 år var der hver eneste dag.
Veldig fin beliggenhet med 5 min gåtur til nærmeste metro-stasjon, og så et stopp før man er i casco-viejo. Alt i alt en fin opplevelse.

Parking is underground and the ramps are very tight. There is no wheelchair parking space outside the hotel and you have to go down many floors to find an accessible space.
Bar staff were lovely and the bar stayed open late to offer coffee etc.

Bon petit déjeuner varié. Chambre familiale en face des ascenseurs. Chambre non insonorisée. On entend les bruits du couloir et à l'étage au dessus. On est resté 3 nuits. Les serviettes et les draps n'ont pas été changés. Les draps sont troués. Pas de housse de couette mais 2 draps prenant la couette en sandwich. La tv est ancienne pas de possibilité de partage d'écran pour netflix ou autre.
Le personnel est serviable.

Un très bon accueil, nous avons mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel le rapport qualité prix est bien nous regrettons un peu que les plats n’est pas eu d’accompagnement il faut compter entre 40 et 50 € par personne. La nuit de parking pour la voiture est à 22 €. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. La literie exceptionnelle. Nous recommandons cet établissement

Only stayed one night but it looked like a nice hotel to stay for several days. Only slight drawback was the location which is a bit of a walk out of town up a steep hill. Room was clean and comfortable, nice shower. Breakfast excellent and reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Tolles Stadthotel mit sehr guter Anbindung an die U-Bahn und an die City. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert nur 10-15 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist vielfältig und lecker. Die Preise für Getränke und Snacks an der Bar sind fair. Die Einrichtung im Lobby-Bereich sehr modern und einladend, die Zimmer an manchen Stellen etwas abgewohnt, aber aufgrund der Sauberkeit noch sehr gut. Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Mit etwas Fußweg ist die Altstadt, die touristischen Hotspots und das Einkaufsviertel gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt und hätten uns über einen Schrank im Zimmer (statt einer Kleiderstange) sehr gefreut.
