Hotel confortável, quarto amplo, com boa limpeza, banheiro amplo e com bom chuveiro. Excelente localização, com quartos silenciosos. Enfim, hotel 100% recomendado.

No coffee or tea options in the room
Lack of UK tv channels. Standard TV set in a mirror. To bulky and sound was effected. Needs a smart TV with Netflix etc.
Otherwise, amazing stay here. Will come again. Air con an shower awesome.

The hotel is on a main street but quiet. The lift works well and our room was clean and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the central area making it quieter and possibly darker than rooms overlooking the street.
The location was great for walking to the Old Town, the long park and bus routes, and walking to the Market Colon area too.
Breakfast was a bit steep but excellent quality so worth the price.
We're planning a repeat visit with friends in a feew months' time.

Kamer rook niet fris, rioolgeur, ramen konden gelukkig open, maar dat heb je vaker met hotels in het centrum, je rook deze geur ook in diverse winkels. Kamer was schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer centrale ligging.

God central beliggenhed. Vi havde dog et værelse der vendte ud til gården, hvor faldstammen fra hotellets øvre værelser lavde en voldsom larm, der var meget generende, især om natten og tidligt om morgenen. Det må være muligt at lukke mere af for den voldsomme lyd. Det påvirkede vores ophold meget negativt.

Falsches Zimmer vergeben, trotz extra Zahlung für Zimmer mit Balkon. Aufzug defekt und 3 Stockwerke zu Fuss laufen, ab dort dann mit Aufzug der Unregelmässig kommt fahren müssen. Oft blieb die Türe im 6 Stock des Aufzuges offen, so das mann erst hoch musste und dort die Türe schliessen um dann im 3. Stock mit den Koffern in den Aufzug zu können.
