Pretty helpful staff and friendly service. We arrived early but the reception staff still manage to give us a room. Although It's a smoking room, we can barely smell the smoke. the room is clean, neat, and well equipped. It's 3 mins walk to a mall with Carrefour and McDonald, and 5-7 mins walk to metro and tram, pretty nice located. Would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and room was clean.

We highly recommend this hotel if in the area. We stayed one night pre cruise (20 min taxi ride from port). Didn’t pre book breakfast but they fitted us in no problem. Well worth the 15 eur per head as they had a great selection of hot or cold items and I have to say they kept the dining area super clean and the food was well topped up.

Très propre, à 5 min du métro et bus. Excellent buffet entre 7h et 10:30am. Le souper à la carte est très bon et à Très bon prix entre 10 et 15 euro. Je vous recommande fortement cet hotel. Merci

Hotel com um shopping próximo. Quarto silencioso e confortável. Wi fi funcionou muito bem. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários prestativos e repunham logo o que faltava no café. Suco de laranja natural. Tinha uma máquina que fazia o suco na hora. Limpeza do quarto muito bom. Hotel tem estacionamento próprio a um custo de 14 euros ao dia. Ao fazer o check in o funcionário informou que havia vagas na rua sem custo, pois eram faixas brancas. Ficamos hospedados 4 dias e conseguimos estacionar todos os dias na rua.

Limpieza de habitación y staff muy atento

The staff was good,friendly. Helpfull. The pool and the terrasse behind are nice and clean. The room is very very old, scratched floors, and the administration apprently has no idea what « service » is. Ussualy when a hotel is doing rénovation they try to offer the best to theirs guests and make them feel confortable, however the administration doesnt care about courtesy. Ussual for the guests that have to deal with construction noise early in the morning and people changing carpetry, it is not very pleasent. At 10:40 they were knocking on our door steps, calling us to let us know they are doing the floors/carpets and etc and they would like us to leave faster… the repair guys were literally in the door waiting for us to leave. Guys check out is at 12. Elevators are blocked. We had to use the loundry elevator. Staff said they « were not able to find us » however we was not hard to find, and im pretty sure that at the reception they remember us well. Ussualy when repairs are expected you let your guests AWARE IN ADVANCE and well for the inconfortability some kind of discount is offered. Here nothing.. just pression to leave the hotel because of réparation. Verdict. The staff was allright, the board however doesnt have an idea what is hospitality. Will i come back to this place? Doubt it. Will i recommend it? Nope.

All perfect very nice hotel

We chose this Hotel for its non city centre location but close to the Metro so we could leave the car and get the train into Barcelona. It proved to be an ideal choice, just one train each way and the Hotel was good value too.

Excelente acomodação, quarto limpo, equipe de funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. A propriedade fica próxima ao metrô, parada de ônibus, tem supermercados e restaurantes.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Small grocery store and metro station were close. 5min walk.

When I booked this hotel - I called expedia and asked for assistance. All I needed was a hotel that had a laundromat - we were coming from a 12 stay in Italy and I needed to wash our clothes - we were going on a cruise from Barcelona. I also asked that the hotel be close to the port. BOTH of my requests were overlooked. This hotel is a nice hotel but it is very far from the port and had no laundromat. When I told the front desk person, they looked puzzled why this hotel was suggested. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice hotel and the buffet breakfast is amazing. But if you want to go into the City it will cost you at least 50 euros and the port.....60 euros - this hotel is NOT in Barcelona - it's in a suburb. Very disappointed with Expedia.

We stayed at this hotel during our Portugal trip and had mixed feelings about the experience overall. The positives first: the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choices, and the breakfast staff was welcoming and attentive. The front desk team was also kind and friendly upon arrival. However, for a 5-star wellness hotel, we expected a much better overall experience and attention to detail. We were surprised to discover that swimming caps were mandatory for both the indoor pool and jacuzzi, something we had never encountered before in our travels, and that was not clearly communicated beforehand. There was also confusion regarding access to the outdoor pool and beach area, as the access doors were already locked around 7:30 PM even though the facilities were supposed to remain open later. The room felt dated for this category of hotel: stained carpets, a rusty trash bin, yellowed bathtub grout, an old hair dryer, no convenient outlets near the bedside tables, and very noisy air conditioning. The dinner buffet on our first evening did not appeal to us, so we ended up dining outside every night afterward. We also had an uncomfortable experience with parking after receiving contradictory information from different staff members, and we did not appreciate how one employee spoke to us about it. Overall, this was not the relaxing 5-star wellness experience we were hoping for during our anniversary trip.
