Mitarbeiter können kaum Englisch geschweige den Deutsch Frühstück war nicht sehr gut da ist viel Luft nach oben Zimmer war sauber und der Ausblick von unserem Meerblick Balkon war grandios. Alles in allem war das Hotel Recht teuer wenn man vergleicht gibt es für das selbe Geld auch 5 Sterne in Las Palmas mit ähnlicher Lage und auch Balkon mit Meerblick und das im besten Hotel der Stadt.

The hotel location is perfect, the design is good, but we had to change 3 rooms before finding something ok for our needs. The staff was very nice and tried their best to help us on our stay. In my opinion breakfast wasn’t good enough, no healthy options. Unfortunately it didn’t reached my cleaning requirements.
