We had a big balcony, a pity it only had a table and 2 chairs. A couple of sunbeds as well would have been nice.

Great central location on the beach in Las Palmas

Good location, very good breakfast, staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights, bed sheds never been changed and balcony nebus floor never cleaned. Cleaner thinks is ok to clean just a room floor but not balcony’s floor. So if you eat in a balcony and drop something after you will have a pegeons in it

Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀

My family and I had an amazing few days at this hotel in Gran Canaria. The ocean views were spectacular, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach, with great weather and excellent local food options. A perfect experience to relax with family. We would definitely come back!

Les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées ça fait qu’il y avait beaucoup de bruit car il y a le restaurant en dessous impossible de dormir jusqu’à minuit. On entend les conversations depuis la chambre. La piscine était trop petite. Le personnel rien à dire excellent.

This is a Hotel in the center.of the city, dont expect it be surrounded by clean streets. Through the hotel on clean and the rooms are also clean and spacious, one day some electrical line was down and the AC was not working, problem solved the next day as well as the water skewer in the shower was clogfed and they did their best to solve it. Breakfast included was exceptional, the restaurant had really good food if you opted to dine in, price is just, based the area and the location of the city you are in. Parking was not an easy task, you had to park a few blocks down a d it was 20 euros per night, if you were lucky enough to fibd a spot in the street then you saved extra bucks there. Overall I believe is a good hotel to stay near the center, but if you are looking atmore beachy tourist places, then you would have to look at the aouth.

Complete and healthy breakfast and close to the beach

Amazing hotel with great facilities such as swimming pool. Hotel is located a minute away from the beach and there are multiple dining options and coffee shops. Very friendly staff and fabulous cleaning team who is always very nice and helpful.

Très cher pour ce que c'est... Aucun endroit pour la voiture pour l'arrivée et le départ pour débarquer les valises. Assez bruyant la nuit si on est face à la mer car on entend tout le monde sur le boardwalk sur les bancs etc. Aucune machine distributrice donc si besoin de bouteilles d'eau ou autre en soirée ou la nuit, aucune possibilité dans l'hôtel et autour proche. Ils nous disent que le minibar est gratuit ce qui est vrai mais il n'est pas rempli lors du ménage. Même chose pour les cafés. On a donc demandé à la réception un café et il fallait le prendre dehors au grand vent. On a aussi demandé un autre jour si on pouvait nous réchauffer un burger dans une boîte au micro ondes 1 min. Le gars à la réception nous a dit oui mais il est revenu en nous disant que le chef ne voulait pas car cela ne venait pas du restaurant de l'hôtel et que c'était la loi espagnole de salubrité... Aucun micro-ondes disponible nulle part. Les photos montrent des chambres avec balcon mais très peu ont. Très très déçu. La piscine est chaude même en hiver, car peu profonde, mais il vente tellement que nous y sommes allés qu'une fois.

Excellent few days at this lovely hotel in Playa Canteras. Lots of bars and restaurants all along the promenade with a lovely beach too.
