Hotel reception and social areas are fantastic. The rooms need an update! bathrooms are old. The room was clean no issues there just very dated unlike the social areas they were amazing

Super lækkert hjemmeligt hotel, med masser af hygge pladser hvor man kunne opholde sig med familien. Fantastisk lækker morgenmads buffet med alt hvad hjertet begærer Central beliggenhed lige ved løjperne og restauranter

El hotel tiene buena reforma y esta muy bien ubicado. Pasamos dos noches y una nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría. La caja fuerte tampoco funcionaba. Para ser un hotel nuevo le falta mantenimiento. El personal estupendo. El desayuno muy bien. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas. En general un hotel correcto que debería mejorar en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones, no es admisible tener que ducharse una mañana con agua fría...

Nice hotel the location is perfect for skiing trip to Sierra Nevada. The new owner did some nice upgrades. Rooms are nice and been refurbished but there is a lot of not from hall and other rooms so earplugs are needed for a good night sleep. There are lots of couch areas in the hotel where you can chill with the family and play cards etc. The menu card in the restaurant was only in Spanish and some other instructions in the spa are was also only available in Spanish. Breakfast buffet was nice with a good selection but be there when they open otherwise you risk standing in line. In general you get good value for money at the hotel.

Meget bra plassering med nærhet til alt. 10% rabatt på skiutleie over gaten. Lagring av ski i garasjen under hotellet. God frokost og fin afterski bar. Et lite minus for at internet og TV ikke fungerte i rommet. Vi sa fra i resepsjonen med svar at « i noen etasjer fungerer nettet dårlig». Beklager, men i 2025 så skal nettet fungere i ALLE etasjer. Litt retro stil i gangene, men ellers et meget bra hotel.

Public areas of the hotel are modern and well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect for skiing and access to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing and well organised. However the bedroom decor was tired and the bedroom was small and felt smaller due to the presence of an extra bed. We were on the -2 level which was directly under the dining room and had the constant sound of chairs being pulled across the floor. Our ‘mountain view’ also included an area piled high with waste as well as the roof of the floor below which had the slate tiles removed ( and stacked on our windowsill). Bar service in the evening was very slow as there seemed to be only one person serving to a packed room. Disappointing for such an expensive hotel!

Erittäin kivalla paikalla oleva hotelli, josta saimme kuitenkin huoneen josta näkyi parkkipaikkoja maisemien sijaan. Tätä ennen portieeri sanoi kaikkien huoneiden olevan hyviä ja sen lisäksi otti parkkilippumme joka hoituisi heidän kauttaan. Yllätykseksemme emme kuitenkaan päässeet portista ulos.

The lobby and pool area (which you have to pay 25€ per person to access) are beautiful. However, the first room I was put in had a terrible smell and lots of mold in the bathroom. The front desk justified the mold due to the rooms being out dated. The front desk staff had no intent to change my room on the first night. I had to have Expedia call them . I even ended up crying in the front desk area. I felt scammed. After lots of back and forward I was finally changed rooms. To another room that did not even match the pictures and still had mold. However, at least it did not smell bad. The food at the hotel is great and fresh definitely enjoyed it. Also the views from the rooms were beautiful and the location was great and close to everything.

The entrance, lobby and bar were lovely but the room was very dated, holes in walls and peeling wallpaper. Very ugly decor and not what you’d expect from a hotel. I wouldn’t recommend staying there but visit for a drink instead.

Et sminket lig. Hotellet er renoveret i lobby og i restaurations-arealer. Disse vises på billeder. Værelserne er fra 1900-tallet. Gamle og slidte. Der er voldsom støj gennem u-isolerede døre fra stenbelagte gange. 3 ud af 4 kaffemaskiner nedbrudte, hvilket gav lange køer under morgenmaden. Et hotel i forfald...

Fantástica

A Sierra Nevada nice boutique hotel very well placed close to Plaza Andalucia. Everything was great except that the WiFi didn’t function in the sleeping room

Os nivos quartos cheiravam a esgoto, quando reclamamos ficou ckaro que isso já era um problema recorrente, nos ofereceran outro quarto, mas, o cheiro era o mesmo. Realmente uma pena o hotel está investindo para melhorar, porém, parecem não se preocupar com questões básicas.

Booked a Premium room which turned out to be the worst located in the hotel . Two singles turned to be a small double. No deep bath tub as advertised and no bath at all. View from window was rubbish from car park above!

Meget meget smukt indrettet hotel i loungeområde og restaurant.Fin buffet både aften og morgen. Vores værelse var de ikke nået til. Det var gammelt og trist. Næste gang opgraderer vi værelset for vi kommer gerne igen.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mountain. It was our first ski holliday and we loved it .
