Merci a noelia , receptionniste professionnel, un amour de femme, quelqu'un qui est à sourire, toujours le sourire, toujours une petite attention avec une petite bouteille d'eau à réconforter clients à s'occuper des clients. Moi j'ai rarement vu ça dans ma vie, honnêtement dans tous les hôtels que j'ai fait dans ma vie et je suis vraiment très très très content grâce à Noelia j'ai passé un séjour fabuleux et je le remercierai jamais assez.

Very disappointing experience. Not recommended for families. We arrived late after a 10-hour journey with our 1-year-old baby, hoping for a smooth check-in and rest. Unfortunately, the experience was the opposite. The AC in our room was broken, and despite sending maintenance three separate times, the issue was not resolved. We were then moved to another room, which had an extremely strong smell of tobacco—completely unacceptable, especially traveling with a baby. After more than 3 hours of back-and-forth, we were finally relocated again, this time to a room on the first floor. The process was exhausting and poorly handled, especially given our situation. To make matters worse, when we asked about dinner, we were directed to the rooftop restaurant—only to be told that children under 12 are not allowed. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, the service was disorganized and lacked empathy. We do not recommend this hotel for families or for anyone expecting a clean, relaxing stay with good service

The hotel was beautiful and looks exactly how it does in the pictures and videos but only issue here is that it gets cold in this area at night time and my hot water went out. For the large nightly cost for this luxury hotel I would expect to not have any major issues like that. The staff were very kind and came to address the issue immediately, but even after it being addressed the hot water went out minutes later. I was excited after getting off of the beach to take a long, hot shower in that huge shower. This was a consistent issue for my stay for the two days. I definitely would expect to take more than a four minute shower with warm water at a hotel this expensive. I also had to call to get the heat turned on. I’m not sure if the reasoning was because it doesn’t get this cold as often but this particular night it was freezing in the room. The staff immediately came to address this issue as well, but they had to remove a plate out of the roof to turn some kind of knob. It just seemed like a big task for something I felt should be easily accessible to the guest without waiting for maintenance. Overall, I will still give this Hotel a 3 to 4 star rating. Everything around it was beautiful. All of the videos did the hotel property no justice. The restaurants, the entertainment, the staff, everything else was five stars. Unfortunately, the hot water in the heat were a big deal for me not only because of the amount per night, but because I am iron deficient.

Le petit déjeuner est mal organisé et pas assez copieux et pas assez de choix sur la table comparé aux autres hôtels.j’aurais aimé L'après-midi ou en début de soirée, il sera bien d'avoir des serviettes propres en cas de douche le soir. Et vu il ya des bar et night club je trouve il ya trop du monde dans le Loby si tu aime le calme C’est pas l’endroit l’idéal
