馬德里旅程青年旅館

福澤辦理入住手續的櫃台人員皆為年輕人，皆能用英語回答旅客的問題，就算不知道，也會循詢問旁邊的同事並立即回覆。入住之前櫃台會向房客介紹旅社的設施、馬德里的景點、旅社提供的套裝行程等等基本資訊，讓初次到馬德里的旅客可以迅速進入狀況。此外旅社也提供特定幾天付費的早餐和晚餐，櫃台人員也善於和旅客打成一片，營造歡愉清送的氣氛

Chambre familiale très bien. Personnel accueillant. Bonne ambiance Très bien situé Trop de bruit parfois dans l'accueil qui résonne (membres d'un groupe qui s'attendent ou qui discutent) et à 7h du matin ou 2h c'est.... compliqué.

Precio ideal en relación a las comodidades que ofrece. Personal muy amable. Ubicación perfecta. Me encanta el detalle del café y churros para desayunar :) en cuanto a la habitación: colchón cómodo, cama de arriba muy ruidosa (cada vez que se movía la persona de arriba, me despertaba). baños: bastante sucios y ocupados casi siempre (se notaba que había mucha gente y tocaba esperar a que alguien dejara libre alguno). volveré sin duda!

Excellent hostel. Clean and friendly environment. Metro station just across the street. Supermarkets down the block. Kitchen and fridges for guests. The staff incredibly nice and helpful with anything you may need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Will be booking here again if/when I’m ever in Madrid.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. There is a metro station just across the street so very easy to move around the city. A couple of supermarkets just down the block for whatever you may need. The hostel has a kitchen with plenty of fridge space for guests. Very clean and comfortable environment. Last but not least, the incredible staff that make your stay as good as possible. If I’m ever back in Madrid, I’m definitely booking my stay here again.

Great overnight stay after 30 hours of travel straight!

Hostel sensacional, staff fantástico. Localização ótimo, próximo a metrô, supermercado, cafés, farmácia. Possui programação de interseção entre os hóspedes. Locker para deixar bagagem no check in ou out sem custo. Cozinha bem equipada. Recomendo.

Friendly, lively, well-managed hostel in a great location! Very convenient to the Metro and many well-known sights are in easy walking distance. Close to restaurants and bars too!

O hostel é muito bom, muito bem localizado, com staffs super atenciosos, acessíveis

Bien la llegada es un poco agresiva por que llegamos un poco antes y la persona que nos recibe en lugar de recibirnos con gusto nos da la advertencia de que el check in es mas tarde, cosa que ya sabíamos.. y no son empaticos con los viajeros que llevamos horas de traslado fuera de la bienvenida todo lo demás fluyo bien y se complio tal cual con lo que prometio la habitación.

it advertises itself online as "adults only" hostel which influenced my selection since i am 79yo and wanted decent quiet stay. rather it is totally an very young, loud, and partying place that has routine food nights like pizza which was a loud party for the young crowd. and held in the kitchen area 15 feet from my room. totally disappointed in this kind environment and no one wanting good night sleep should stay there! ever! otherwise nice staff and location
