A very busy hotel yet quiet when you go to sleep. Nice view at floor 7. Be careful though if you order breakfast through room service because what you get in for 4-5 persons. Gigantic portions

Trevlig personal, skön säng, superbra frukost, bra service. Saknade vattekokare men det levererades till rummet när vi påpekat detta.
Det enda jag gar att klaga på är att lobbyn doftade för starkt av någon form av rumsdoft.

Excellent reception area and great breakfas choices (if rather busy at times) Reasonable revening meal at the restaurant.
Beds comfortable, excellent bathroom. Only complaint is that the wardrobe has little shelf space and very dark when the doors open.

La struttura ha molte potenzialità, nuova e moderna.
Il personale, per la nostra esperienza, non è stato efficiente al massimo, abbiamo dovuto chiedere tre volte prima di riuscire ad avere qualcuno che facesse il letto dell bambine, al nostro arrivo il divano letto era ancora chiuso, ed hanno provveduto solo in serata quando al terzo sollecito son saliti ( ed erano le 21 )
La colazione caotica,poiché non vi è una vera e propria stanza adatta, tante cose salate e pochissime per il dolce.
C’è una saletta dove ci sono giochini per i bambini.
Pulizia giornaliera.
Però nel complesso un buon hotel.

Det var en toppen hotell. Men tycker det är synd att extra sängen är så hård och täcket inte är som det andra täckerna. Har betala lika mycket som det som sov i stora sängen. Annars var allt väldigt bra hotell och kommer rekommendera hotellet.

La mia esperienza presso la struttura è stata nel complesso mista.
La pulizia purtroppo non era al top: gli ambienti non erano all’altezza delle aspettative e questo ha influito negativamente sul soggiorno.
Il personale invece si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a rendere più piacevole la permanenza.
I servizi e le condizioni generali dell’hotel sono stati nella media: funzionali, ma senza particolari punti di eccellenza.
Nota molto positiva, invece, per i dintorni: la posizione è ottima e l’area circostante è davvero piacevole da esplorare.

Le séjour s’est bien passé et l’hôtel est vraiment bien et très bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable.
Seul gros bémol : notre chambre était réservée pour 3, avec mon fils, avec un lit double et un sofa. À notre arrivée, pas de sofa ni de lit supplémentaire et nous avons du payer un surplus pour avoir un petit lit. Il n’y avait pas non plus de serviettes de toilettes pour lui…
