Meget mangelfuld rengøring trods henvendelse i receptionen. Ydermere ingen hensigt om at kompensere eller skaffe et andet værelse selvom jeg viste receptionen billeder af badeværelses som var meget ulækkert.

Located in the area of nightlife of Stockholm but not so close to places of tourist interest. In the weekend is a very loud place, in the room too. Next time. The entrance of hotel looks like a pub and I didn’t like that. Cleaning of the room is done only on demand, you should remember it every morning and tour room will be cleaned after 3 pm too…. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 during the week!!!

Vi ble uten videre oppgradert til en suitte, og synes det var kjempestas. Balkong, stort oppholdsrom, separat soverom, toalett m/vask, stort bad med dusj og badekar. Samt badstue. Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt med kort vei til det meste. Veldig god service og bra frokost. Gammelt hotell som virkelig har tatt vare på stilen og anskaffet unike innredningsdetaljer. Uten tvil det beste hotellet vi har bodd på.

Bra läge om man ska vara centralt i Stockholm. Här finns allt på gångavstånd. Mycket bra frukost. Städningen var sådär med grejor kvar från tidigare gäster. Blev kompenserat så det var bra.
