Very warm hospitality, Gigi who helped us check-in is one of the best front desk staff I have met, she was professional and friendly. The room was clean and great selection of food at breakfast buffet. Plus is right next to the station.

機場巴士在中央巴士總站落車，酒店就在對面，步行不用五分鐘，十分方便。櫃台職員態度非常友善，笑容可掬，辦理入住很快，預訂時要求高層同双床房，職員給我最高的樓層，因為當天有間公司在酒店開會，包了很多房間，所以沒雙床房，只好將特大床拆開兩張床，最後職員給我們三天的免費早餐，非常感謝，三天的住宿非常舒服，步行可以去舊城區，很方便！

The hotel was in an amazing location. Very close to the train station so you could walk right to it. The restaurants, cafes and shopping were very nearby as well. We had a lovely city view which I would recommend requesting. Breakfast was a feast. There were so many choices it was hard to decide. Rooms were well equipped and quiet. Staff at the front desk was delightful and could not help you enough. They explained and directed us to the tram lines to reach our various destinations. Lots of sightseeing to be done. One could spend more than the three days we did discovering this beautiful city..

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel. Due to an unexpected medical emergency, I was unable to travel and immediately contacted hotels.com and the hotel directly with the official medical documentation attached, requesting either a date change or assistance regarding my reservation. I called the hotel several times with no luck. While the hotel eventually agreed to change my reservation dates, I was asked to pay an “additional fee” despite the circumstances being completely unexpected and beyond my control. I tried to contact them through phone calls and emails several times with no luck to provide additional documentation regarding my medical situation and ask them to waive the additional fee. I still did not get a response. I understand policies exist, but I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and compassion shown during a genuine medical emergency. I truly expect a better approach from an international hotel chain.

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Waterfront Stockholm. Das Personal war ausnahmslos sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und bot genau den atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Stadt, den die Buchung versprochen hatte. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen, und an unserem letzten Abend haben wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant hervorragend zu Abend gegessen. Mit dem Valet-Service hat alles reibungslos geklappt, und unser Elektroauto wurde sogar während der Parkdauer aufgeladen, was in der Parkgebühr enthalten ist. Sollten wir wieder nach Stockholm reisen, wäre dieses Hotel erneut unsere erste Wahl!
