Our room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic stay at the Raddison Blu and would definitely recommend the hotel for its central location and ease to get to the trains and trams.

Excellent breakfast with several choices. The only thing we didn’t like was when we requested additional sheets and the staff changed them we saw that the mattress cover was all stained.

The staff was lovely, helpful and kind. The room was relatively clean but could use some updating. The tea kettle was old and dusty and the couch in the room needed some attention. Also, the property claims to be waterfront but there was no water view from the hotel which was disappointing. But overall, a good stay with an attentive staff.

The front desk staff were very good. Our room was next to the elevators and it was very quiet. The hotel does not have air con so it was a little warm. Upon check out we looked under the bed to see if we left anything behind and found a used food container with moldy food in it. Yuck!

Missing drawers for organizing personal things. Needs closet for dresses, suites, etc. There was just open hanging bars and hangers but they were above the suitcase place that height was not good, our dresses touching the suitcases and it was not easy to get out from suitcases. Because there wasn’t any drawers we forced to keep some items on the suitcases. Sleepers was left used one, as a hygienic needs to be unused and packed sleepers. TV was not smart TV, somehow we couldn’t mirrored our phone to tv to get our own YouTube. Somebody came to fix it but unfortunately couldn’t fix the problem. As a business, meeting hotel needs some updates. Breakfast was so good, and premium business class room view was fabulous, and central location, easy access to metro and intercity was the positive side of it.

There are many hotels close to Stockholm Central rail station, I chose this Radisson Blu Waterfront as it was Expedia VIP property and I wanted a water view - neither was truly fulfilled so I have no reason to endorse, it was OK, that's it. The room/amenties were as expected for a hotel of this grade. Cleanliness could be improved e.g., I found hair in an apparently clean towel. Staff were variable, some friendly and helpful, others standoffish and unapproachable. Breakfast was again OK, a reasonable spread, crammed at peak periods and a bit of a free for all. Check-in was basic, I was given the keys and that's it, I raised this and the lack of Expedia VIP endorsement with manangement but I am yet (a week later) to receive a response.
