The room is very neat and tidy. Room temperature is perfect and you could enjoy snowy view from window towards the backyard. We booked our stay with breakfast included and there are sufficient options for our breakfast.
The hotel is maintained decently and staff are welcoming. You could get all you need from the room.

雖然離車站有點距離，但是在窗邊就可以看到黃金三角日初，晚上很安靜，星星也很漂亮，整體住宿超棒!!! 住得很舒服，有小陽臺和椅子可以觀星、看日初。

The overall experience is satisfactory. Staff are very friendly and willing to help regarding room amenities as well as directions to major attractions. Upon check-in the hotel staff also gave us a room with the best view of Matterhorn, which were out of our expectation given the price we paid. The only drawback is the location of the hotel which is a bit distant from the train station, and unfortunately one of the wheels of my travel suitcase got broken due to the bumpy road on the way to the hotel. However I would still recommend this hotel for its high CP ratio.
