The staff was courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable and very satisfying. The view of the golden summit of Mount Matterhorn at sunrise from our room made the entire stay perfect.

自助早餐豐盛，有個小型開放式廚房可以煮嘢食，距離火車站很近行三四分鐘就到, 附近有間平價超市好多嘢買！

The best hotel during our travel around Switzerland is Solebad Arca, including tasty breakfast, friendly staff, reasonable hotel rate, clean and cozy room. If possible, I wll lodge here again. Thanks a lot.

The hotel location in front of the Zermatt train station . It’s good for travelers who has heavy luggage or have a morning early train schedule.

酒店距離火車站近，推著大行李也不吃力。員工笑容可掬，房間寬敞，有個小廚房，比一般酒店明亮舒適，床墊的軟硬適中。有自助早餐，款式味道不錯。我們的房間有陽台，天氣晴朗時，房間方向可以見到馬特洪峰。酒店附近有超市，距離購物街也很近。對我們來說是值得入住的酒店！

Nice food, nice service!

Very comfortable and clean room with really good view. You can cook in your room with good equipment. Breakfast is good and many choices. Not far from station, around 5 mins walk. Staff are nice and helpful.

got a free upgrade! central location and close to the train/bus station. the owner and the staff are friendly! would stay here again if back to zermatt

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. The location is good just not far away from denner supermarket. The hotel sent us a bottle of brut as Christmas gift. The breakfast was the best during our stay in Switzerland. The spa was good too but if the temperature would be a bit higher that would be perfect.

酒店位置很方便，出火車站左轉，看到露營營地，斜對面就是 前台辦手續非常快捷，房間露台門及暖氣有問題都能即時處理 唯一缺點房間在頂樓，電梯只到3樓，需要自己抬行李上一層，但前台亦有提出幫忙送上房間 房間面積實用，有大衣柜及小形廚房，非常方便，陽台景色也不錯，早餐有很多選擇，服務姐姐非常用心 離開酒店，還有小車送我們到火車站，非常感謝 到現時為止，這是一間我在瑞士住過最好的服務酒店

Hotel muito perto da estação de trem. Atendimento simpático e cordial de todos. Quarto maravilhoso com vista pro Matterhorn (quarto 37), com pequena cozinha super bem equipada para uma refeição. Banheiro com banheira. Piscina aquecida e sauna excelentes! Café da manhã formidável com muita variedade e produtos de muita qualidade. Tem uma mesa com mais de 15 tipos de queijo! Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza!!

Great location with easy walk from train station and to main town area. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered delicious hot and cold options. The heated indoor pool and saunas were a fabulous way to end a big day of hiking. Great sized room with very comfy beds, kitchen area plus our own sundeck area with views of the Matterhorn - can’t ask for more than that ! If we came back to Zermatt would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
