Wonderful hotel - very kind staff and very comfortable rooms. The amenities were all really new, it’s in a convenient location (walkable distance from Zürich HB), and we had an amazing stay. If we ever visit Zürich again, we will for sure stay here again!

主人房的床头在坡屋顶下，不太舒服。

Convenient location, very clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast prepared for you in your room. Charging extra fee for most kitchenware is out of our expectation for staying in an apartment hotel. Cause to be able to use kitchen equipment is the main purpose to book an apartment hotel and by doing so to reduce the total cost of a trip. Additionally, kitchenware is considered the main difference between an apartment and a simple hotel room; hence, extra charge on those kitchenware really made a poor first impression upon an apartment hotel management of its facility.

终于要说说这家酒店了，在我20天的欧洲蜜月行当中，这家酒店给了我最好的入住体验！我们是当天晚上九点多抵达的酒店，到了酒店之后才知道瑞士的酒店是有下班时间的，虽然过了下班时间，但前台负责CHECK IN的老太太依然等着我们，并且非常热情地为我们办理手续，并做每一项说明。然后带着我们进入房间，坐电梯是需要用房间的钥匙来启动的，很高大上很保护隐私有木有。进入房间，每一件设施都很新，在床头和墙壁的关键位置，除了欧标插座之外，还有USB的充电口，顿时觉得贴心无比。整个房间的装修非常高档，如果说奢华如奔驰，那么这间酒店的房间便科幻如奥迪。床非常的舒适，可以拥有一个美好的夜晚。第二天早上送早餐进入房间的服务依旧无比贴心，可以在自己的房间享用丰盛早餐，如同回家一般温馨。如果你是自驾过来， 那么晚上停车免费，早上8点钟开始收费，并且限停一小时。最好的体验，很难用语言完全描述，如果你来苏黎世，那么这家酒店不容错过。

I booked this hotel mainly because there is washer and dryer offered in room facility as I need to manage my laundry after long journey. However, no washer nor dryer was found in the room. Poor wifi connection and there is no bath tub in the room as well. When I questioned this to staff they just simply replied yes this is the room type you booked (I double check my email confirmation the above should all be included in my room.) Coffee machine is available but it costs 2CHF each capsule. If I aware the actual condition in advance, I will definitely choose other hotels to suit my needs. Please hotel.com do something to correct the conditions of room facility offered in the webpage to prevent such misleading again.

我們在這間飯店待了四天,一開始因為一些問題必須跟櫃台人員溝通,過程不僅耗時也很麻煩,但櫃台人員非常親切有耐心,最後也替我們將事情處理的很圓滿,因此對接待人員無可挑剔.交通位置離火車站有些距離,步行約15分鐘可以到,當然,若不確定飯店位置要花更多一點時間.一進房就被寬敞的客房所震懾,這是我們在旅行中住過最大的客房,而且該有的都有一點也不馬虎.床很軟很舒服,讓人躺了就捨不得起來.早餐還會直接送到房裡,可以穿著浴袍就享用早餐十分方便.唯一的缺點是打掃人員似乎沒有一定的規則:第一天打掃將我們的浴袍摺好放床上,第二天突然放在地上;盥洗用品也不會一直補齊,到最後一天時我們差點沒有沐浴乳可以洗澡.除此之外,我們對於這間飯店非常滿意,也十分推薦,而且相信上述相關問題終會得到改善.

I really enjoy my stay at the Ema's. They have upgraded me to a bigger suite due to room availability. The room itself is very spacious and the conditions are acceptable. It's about good 10 mins walking distance from the central and only two stations away by the route 11 tramp from the central station. Take the tramp towards Auzelg if going to the hotel and get off at Beckenhof and the tramp towards Rehalp if going towards the central station. Overall I had a great time there, will definitely go back again!

空間感是有了，但淋浴間由於花灑安裝方法令人縮在一角，手脟不停碰到牆壁，坐廁旁一㸃兒平面也沒有，十分不方便。所有傢俱都是基本實用形，像住在學生宿舍。
早餐份量充足，最令人驚喜的是㗎啡雖然不是上等貨色，但必定剛冲好就送到。
