What an excellent place to stay! The staff absolutely top notch, so helpful, friendly and very professional. Theon was spectacular and that view from the balcony was amazing. The room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I had in Switzerland, breakfast was good with a decent selection. I highly recommend staying here. It is very close to the bus line so perfect for explore the city or getting to the train station. I would definitely get a room with a balcony, you definitely won't regret it.

The price is super good for such quality in Switzerland, maybe because I went in Nov, the low season. I stayed in a lake view room which is super nice as you can see the calm lake in the morning and walk along it just down the path next to the hotel. The breakfast is good, many to choose from. Though small, and I think this hotel is not new, but it keeps very clean and nice with all the facilities you need. It's just walking distance to the main street (within 10 mins), or you can use the travel card they provided so you can take the bus free of charge. REMEMBER to check-in first to get this travel card before visiting Château de Chillon, it's then 50% off the entrance fee. I do the Château de Chillon first and so I missed it! I got a car and that's easy to park just outside (you gotta pay if you reserved through the hotel), but I just find the parking myself. Overall, I highly recommended this hotel!
