The staff was excellent when we checked in and our room was ready early. Our room was very comfortable and we had a nice balcony with a lovely view. The only negative was a small table between the two chairs was broken and not stable. Not a reason to dislike the room. And the pub attached to it was convenient, friendly and tasty after a long day walking.

酒店好近車站, 我訂咗一間deluxe room, 每個窗口都望到噴泉, 仲有一個大洗手間, 如果有一塊遮光布就好喇， 包咗早餐但款式不多， 最好嘅就係包咗一張免費transportation card， 可以搭巴士， tram, ferry, 同埋 搭一程火車去機場， 非常好！

Cleaning and staff very good. Location perfect right in front of main train station. Restaurants and city center on walking distance basis. Structure very old but clean. Breakfast not so good, so try to have it somewhere else. I went for bussiness, so it was a good place to stay.

Such a nice place to stay that’s right next to the Geneve train station. 5 minute walk to the river with many cafes and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. The room was very clean and the bathroom utilities worked so well. The bathroom was also incredibly clean. Really enjoyed my stay here!
