The size of the single room is relatively pretty large. However, the hotel doesn't have enough staff. You might have to wait for a long time if the one and only staff at the reception is busy with something else. If you arrive at night, you might need somebody else to help you call the receptionist, so you can check in your room. The lobby looks fancy but the rooms and the corridors aren't the same, some renovation work is needed.
There's free wifi provided and the speed was acceptable.
The lack of air conditioning facilities inside the room can be bothersome in the hot days.
You also need to pay a deposit when you check in and that would be 100CHF per day. You are right, it is per day. You can pay in cash or with credit card. Some customers were shocked when they heard that it's calculated by the number of days you stay there.

Such a let- down. No one on desk when we arrived. No service at bar. No atmosphere at all. And bed so small we wondered if we’d been allocated a single room by mistake.
And they didn’t offer the tourist transport pass- we had to chase it up. An altogether thoroughly disappointing end to our holiday. Avoid this place!

Good area of the city but extremely outdated. Bathroom shower so small you can't turn around in it and broken shower head. Mini fridge locked so we couldn't use it for our baby's needs. Floor was dirty and bed extremely uncomfortable and loud with springs squeaking every turn.
