Wonderful staff. Very courteous and helpful. Thank you to all of them for making our stay so pleasurable. This hotel is charming and individual and there were some lovely touches in terms of complimentary items . No coffee making in room but we weee not troubled by that . Breakfasts were good and staff lovely

Ideally located in small neighborhood yet easy walk to the main train station and bus station as well as Lake Geneva highlights.
Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.
