玫瑰飯店

My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst during our short stay. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Bon accueil. La chambre que j'ai eue était petite et sombre, donnant sur une cour intérieure. La réceptionniste a pris note de mes souhaits pour une chambre plus lumineuse et à un étage plus élevé pour la prochaine fois. Donc bon service. Bouilloire électrique et sachets de tisane dans la chambre. Situation calme, sauf les cloches de la cathédrale voisine qui ne s'arrêtent que de minuit à 6h (sauf erreur). Bon buffet du petit-déjeuner. Agréable de pouvoir garder la chambre jusqu'à midi.

Zimmer war ok, passte zum Standard und Preis. Kommunikation mit dem Hotel nachdem Waschbeutel vergessen wurde war extrem mässig. Hätte erwartet einen Anruf oder Email zu erhalten, wenn etwas Substantielles im Zimmer nach meiner Abreise gefunden wird. Mein Anruf am nächsten Tag wurde zunächst freundlich aufgenommen und mir wurde versichert, dass mir der Waschbeutel auf eigene Portokosten - was OK ist- geschickt werden würde. Der Prozess war extrem langsam und schleppend und nach 3 Wochen bekam ich eine lapidare Email, dass der Waschbeutel wohl verwechselt worden wäre und leider nicht mehr aufzufinden sei. Das ist jetzt Stand der Dinge und ich kann nicht nachvollziehen was mit meinem Waschbeutel passiert ist?!

Mässig sauber, ungepflegte, billige, altmodige Zimmer. Roch muffig im ganzen Hotel. Lage top. Gute Freundlichkeit.

Quarto limpo e um otimo tamanho

Room was clean and had everything you’d need in a tourist class hotel and more: comfortable bed, desk and chair, separate chair and coffee table, free WiFi, and in-room coffee. Gracious front-desk staff, great location near the old town, and even a free upgrade because the hotel wasn’t full. A great value in a tourist hotel! Would stay there again!

Det här är INTE ett 4-star hotell. Personalen är fantastiskt och läget är centralt men det väger inte upp för den dåliga standarden. Vi blev uppgraderade till superior men standard är fortfarande motell. Kom även hem med en vägglus, om det är från hotellet eller från annan plats vet jag ju såklart inte men ej värt pengarna oavsett.

Reception on arrival was very good. Helpful as well to help me make the most of my overnight stay. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Well located for the old town and about 20 mins walk from the station - less going to the hotel, perhaps a little slower going back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean with good water pressure. We enjoyed our brief stay at this hotel. It is a little dated but overall good experience.
