Oppholdet var utmerket. Hotellet er gammelt men rent og fint. Vi ble tatt godt i mot og fikk fin informasjon om hvordan vi kunne komme oss rundt i Genève. Uoppfordret fikk vi gratis-billetter til all kollektivtransport. Enkel frokost i en hyggelig atmosfære. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Delightful welcome at Reception - including raclette - and the room was spotless. We avoided breakfast at it seemed unfeasibly expensive!

Just forget this hotel. Staffs were not friendly. The room is very small. The worst is the bathroom. Water pressure is very slow, the temperature was too hot . The shower or bath tub has not enough space for aisan to stand. So shame to name as a 4 stars. I will never go back again.

The hotel has reasonable distance to the town centre. The price is relatively cheap in Geneva. However, it is quite noisy occasionally at night as it is proximal to the tram railway; and the rooms are quite small.

Soggiorno di 2 notti x visitare Ginevra. Hotel nel centro con parcheggio proprio ed altro a 2 passi. Camera pulita. Si precisa che il bagno è piccolissimo, senza finestra e con luce data solo da due minuscoli faretti, pertanto quasi buoio. Per persone che si adattano molto.

No air conditioner as advertised. For the record there is an air conditioner, it does turn on, it just blows warm air at an incredibly low speed, so it does not actually conditions the air. The front desk people were not particularly polite but at least they upgraded me to a larger room, sadly the air conditioner there was just as useless so I had to leave the hotel, only spent one very miserable night there, I left the next morning

The stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and well accommodating. Easy lift access. The hotel is well connected with public transportation. A mall just opposite has a coop, pharmacy and a few other things for easy grab.
The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird.
However, I feel the stay was good value for the money.

The way I was greeted by the receptionist is unacceptable. Not only he was rude and not welcoming but he was not willing to help in any manner. I do not recommend this hotel.

It’s old and poorly maintained. There is hot water but the shower head drops. I was kindly loaned a kettle for the stay. Rather costly for what it is but I was only there to shower and sleep. Thank you
