Let’s talk about why I like. The location is really convenient. Located close to the central train station, can walk to the lake and the old town. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean.
However my caution to travellers is the room temperature. This hotel is central air for every room. So though it says airconditioning you have no control. You can only control the fan. So if you sleep with 18/19/20 as your preferred sleep zone your will be very uncomfortable. I had four nights and not happy in fact I’m exhausted from being uncomfortable. I can’t imagine what summer is like.
If you like it warm when you sleep. No problem you will like this hotel. For me I won’t be back.
A side nuisance was that the door card had to be reprogrammed every night I stayed. A claim that the card is sensitive to magnets but I don’t seem to have this problem at other hotels. A mystery unsolved.

Our stay at Hotel Jade was great. It is somewhat of a small boutique property. We only stayed 2 nights before leaving for Zermatt. It was very close and convenient to both the Lake Geneva area as well as shopping, dining and transportation. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay again, next time hopefully on a higher floor. We only had a view of the garden outside of the restaurant.
