We had a fantastic time here. The staff went above and beyond, and the on-site restaurant was a real highlight — genuinely excellent food and service that made the trip. The views are spectacular and worth the visit on their own.
A couple of practical notes for future guests. The hot tub runs cooler than what we're used to in the US — I'd estimate around 90–95°F — so if you like it piping hot, just set your expectations accordingly. It's still lovely, just more of a warm soak than a hot one.
Also, it's a bit of a walk from the train station. That was totally manageable in summer, but I'm honestly not sure how it would go in snow. If you're visiting in winter, I'd check with the property beforehand about whether they run a shuttle — worth verifying before you book. Internet was usable for email, did not try a video call.
None of this took away from a truly great stay. We'd happily return.

Very nice view and staff was very helpful with arranging a room swap as the one we received first night had no view and the loft could not be used as it was too hot.
Second night we got another room with nice view and a balcony. Loved the pillow and duvets!
We would have loved a table on the balcony and a mini fridge! Breakfast a little poor and run out all the time. Very narrow hallways and elevator out of order from entrance

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Nettes Personal - man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen! Klasse Frühstück von wirklich sehr guter Qualität! Das Restaurant für das Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut!
Zimmer sind aus Holz und im typischen Berghütten-Style, aber alles sehr sauber und im gepflegten Zustand! Whirpool ist zwar klein, aber sehr angenehm mit toller Aussicht auf die Berge! Sauna habe ich nicht benutzt. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen, komme sicher wieder und vielen Dank ans Team für den Kurzurlaub!

I had a lovely and very restful stay at the chalet. The location has beautiful mountain views and is near to cable cars if you want to go higher up. The staff were helpful and friendly and made me feel at home as a solo traveler. The breakfast was top notch! Thank you so much and I hope to come again!

Chambre parfaite et vue magnifique avec petite salle de bain. La literie est confortable avec ses couettes moelleuses.
L'accès pour piétons n'est pas pratique car la montée doit se faire à pieds avec les valises. Aucune indication, ni panneaux " pour l'hiver" puisque la neige recouvrait chemins et escaliers. Mal renseignés dès le début par téléphone, proposer une navette de l'hôtel aurait été plus qu'apprécié, compte tenu de son classement. Néanmoins, le café a été offert car on était exténué et déçu de ce manque de considération. ( Pour infos, pas de taxis disponibles, on ne se doutait pas que c'était si loin de toute façon puisque par téléphone, on nous avait dit que c'était à côté)
