“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of delicious options each morning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with arranging shuttles and transportation. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

We were here only for one night, location is good right by the tasch terminal.. we were here because we drove and parking was free here.
Next time i would prefer staying in zermatt, zermatt is better option.

Die Lage des Hotels in Sichtweite zum Bahnhof ist klasse, um schnell nach Zermatt zu kommen. Das Hotel bietet auch einen Hotel-Shuttle-Bus nach Zermatt an, der preislich günstiger ist als der Zug nach Zermatt. Super!
Die dreigeschossige kostenlose Hoteltiefgarage unter dem Hotel ist grundsätzlich gut, da man sein Auto nicht in einem öffentlichen Parkhaus kostenpflichtig abstellen muss, aber die Parkbuchten in der Tiefgarage sind für größere Autos schon eng.
Grundsätzlich ein gutes und praktisches Hotel für 1-2 Nächte.

Personal unfreundlich, Hotel überteuert, das ganze Hotel hat nach Chinesischen Essen gestunken. Sauna kostet extra Geld obwohl das nicht in Beschreibung steht. Nie wieder!

My daughter and me stayed here for 1 night, after travelling to Täsch on the train from Geneva Airport. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the Hotel had an excellent Breakfast, and all the staff were very helpful. The Hotel was also in a great location for the train to Zermatt & Visp.
The only issues with the room were the lack of aminities in the room, as there was no tea or coffee making facilities, and the fact that we couldn't close the curtains properly.
Apart from that, I would definetly stay at this Hotel again in the future.

Staff were fabulous, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Short 5 min walk to station. My room was in the second building. Room was very clean but tired fittings and decor. Shower a disappointment - no thermostatic control, very high water pressure, shower curtain sticks to you constantly. Didnt get a chance to use spa or the free parking. Ok for a short stay.
