酒店附近街道情況可以用惡劣形容，無論是街道衛生或治安，第一晚在街上找餐廳晚膳，街上很多衣衫不整的人在行走，還有一私家車駛到我們旁邊大叫，讓我們感到相當恐懼。我們多次來瑞士的經驗，這是我們第一次有人生安全威脅感覺的一次，完全打破了我們一直對瑞士治安良好的印象。

Very modern hotel in pristine condition. In walking distance from the lake. The room is very modern, with coffee machine. Very enjoyable stay in this hotel. Expect delays when using the elevator.

I loved our stay at Hotel N’vY. Lovely property with comfortable beds. The room was quiet and well appointed.

The upgrade was worth it. Dining in a bit expensive but lots of options nearby.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est accueillant et disponible, les chambres sont propres et confortables, et l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain passage. Petit point négatif pour la douche qui inondait la salle de bain.

The hotel was great. The check in staff was very friendly. The room was amazing! We got a superior family suite. It’s 2 rooms, kids room has 2 twins and the other room has 2 twins pushed together to make a king. The king room had a large soaking tub and separate toilet area away from the shower and tub. The kids room has its own bathroom that was large. Each room had a couch and table and sitting area. Both rooms share a front door but also have their own doors-imagine connecting rooms but with a shared “lobby” in between. Very unique and very well priced!! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and a few blocks from the action. Very close to the lake and the swimming beach. Very close to the train station and there are trams and buses right nearby. We walked to old town which took about 30 min or 15 min walk to the boat taxis then took the boat taxi across the lake. Overall I highly recommend this place!! Very rare to find family style rooms where the kids can stay with us but have their own space without breaking the bank on a suite! We didn’t eat at the restaurant or bistro but the menu looked good.

Elevator not working

The property is in a quiet area, but it is an easy walk to areas with restaurants, and also a short walk to the lakeside. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was OK Hotel, very expensive food, we spent almost $80 on one hamburger and one chicken sandwich with no drinks and we had to pay for tap water, breakfast was just OK. The worst part was bathrooms, the one that we had was very, very dark with black sink and black toilet and sometimes it smelled. The food all over the city was also very expensive, we happened to find one street with a lot of restaurants that were reasonably priced. Location was good, not far away from the waterfront. We enjoyed taking Boats to another side of the lake and that was the best part because they were free.

Great staff and perfect service! We will come back every time we visit Geneva

We felt the staff was very kind and accommodating. Safe & quiet area. Parking our car was easy (as using valet) and we received a parking discount through Expedia. Felt the restaurant was a little pricey and not usually busy while we were there. We walked easily to restaurants, such as Little India & El Catrin! Recommend Easily able to walk across the river to Old Town. Ate dinner one night at Pasta People in that area! It felt like part of the property had been renovated even the rooms felt half renovated and half not with a dark toilet area and then a bright light lovely bathroom and shower! Both of us have long legs & getting in and out of the shower was treacherous as no handles to hold onto a slippery floor!

Room to the street was really noisy. Either you need to take airplugs with you or ask for a room to the inner courtyard.

En dejlig seng og rigtig fint værelse. Området var lidt skummelt.

Godt hotel men utrolig dårlig belysning på badeværelset i

Leider nicht so wie beschrieben. Die Austattung lässt in unserem Fall nicht in Ordnung. Badewanne nicht nutzbar und Wasserschaden im Badezimmer über Nacht. Auf Nachfrage leider auch kein Ansatz der Entschuldigung und Entschädigung möglich. Schade für uns. Daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Should I ever return to Geneva, I will try to stay here again. Unique decor, very friendly front desk staff, very clean room, delightful bed, and fabulous bathroom, plus a huge balcony in my junior suite (with a retractable canopy) made this hotel a much needed respite from the previous week of meetings. Even had a bit of a view of the lake and background mountains. Just so lovely all around. Definitely recommend.
