電車への接続がとてもスムーズで駅前で助かりました。ツェルマットへも深夜でも1時間に1本ほど電車があり、早朝にツェルマットへ行きご来光も拝むことができました。
本当に清潔で、整えられたホテルです。
スタッフの方の対応もとても優しくフレンドリーで良い滞在となりました。
ドライヤーだけは持ち込んだ方がいいかもしれません。

The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe.
Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard).
The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at all. Had to put some clothes under the pillow. The handle of the window needed a repair.
Staff wasn’t very passionate. Wasn’t rude by any means though. Not sure if that was a Swiss thing or not.

The room, specifically the bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was hair and lint on the bathroom floor and children's handprint on the glass door. The bed was "springy" and uncomfortable. And the trains are very loud and run most of the night. So if you're a light sleeper, this is not a place for you.

Loved that it was close to the train station. The room was clean. The shower head was quite small and if you turned around too quick could burn yourself on the pipe. The room didn’t have a fan so got a little warm in the room.

ツェルマット観光目的に2人で2泊。コストパフォーマンスおよび立地的にこのホテルは非常におすすめ。テッシュ駅ほぼ直結と言って良く、スーツケースなど大型荷物が多くても問題はない。
宿泊したのはground floorの部屋でバルコニーからのマウンテンビューはよかった。電車の音は気にならなかった。
朝食は可もなく不可もない。
室内に関しては、珍しくも持ち帰りサイズ用のアメニティが置かれていたが、1人分。残量的に使いかけのような印象であり扱いに戸惑った。
その他、時折ドライヤーの使用ができなかったり（時間を置くといつのまにか使える）、シャワーカーテンが外れていたり、と気になることはあったが、室内は概ね綺麗で快適に過ごすことができた。スタッフは皆親切であった。
