Hotel is convenient and nice. However a few front desk staff not too patient and polite. A short distance walk from hotel to airport is not covered so it may cause little problem if it’s raining and you have big luggage. Else perfect.

Because of our flight I chose this hotel. The check-in counter looked like a bar counter and even I was there no staff greeted so I was not sure if it was a check-in counter or not.
I was given a disabled room even though I did not request it. A part of the carpet was worn out. The view was windows and a storage room which was very bright all night.

Walking distance to the airport. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and big. However, no slippers provided in room and need to collect from reception ourselves.
The design of The Circle is a bit strange. You have to go through 3 different levels by lift before you can reach the lobby. Quite inconvenient if you have a lot of luggages.

A quality hotel, convenient for most air passengers but not for those arriving by car. We were dropping our rental car off at the airport and since there is no road access to the Hyatt Place we had to ask to park at the Hyatt Regency, offload our bags, walk the three minutes with them to check in at the Hyatt Place and then return the car. There was no advance warning that this was the case. Just not expected or convenient.

This is no luxury hotel with special amenities. They don't have decaf at breakfast. I had to go to another area to ask. Very few amenities in room. I would not stay again. Breakfast is okay. The scrambled eggs taste instant .
