The desk staff was very kind and helpful, but the room was not very clean (blood on the bed sheets, not acceptable!) and the room AC was very noisy. The staff did apologise and changed the sheets though.

Rien à dire 10/10 sur tout. Que ce soit l'accueille, le personnel, les prestations et la chambre. Franchement je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés

I really liked the room and the location is fantastic. Free shuttle to and from the airport that was on a schedule so I didn't have to call the hotel and ask for the shuttle. Walking distance from the mall and I rented an ebike - Donkey Republic bike parking right outside so I could go anywhere basically. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was clean and quiet.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of many key points around Geneva. The tram to the city center is right across the street. The cleanliness is top notch, and the staff was really kind and supportive. Just want the rooms to have slippers and a bathrobe inside the closet for use next time instead of contacting the desk.

This is my second stay, and the service at the front desk was really good, but I must say things have deteriorated: The carpets on the landing were quite grubby, the air in the room was not fresh at all, even with the window open all the time, the air conditioner made it worse, and did not really cool the room. The water in the fridge has gone from glass bottle to plastic which is less eco in my opinion. The fact that everything is cashless was a negative for me. There was no variation in the breakfast, same thing every day, The cheese slices appear to have been left out overnight and were curled and hard. The floor area around the breakfast area were sticky every morning. I think that in your attempt to save money, the quality has fallen significantly since my first visit in 2023.

Conveniently located near the airport and public transportation. Shuttle pickup and drop off was convenient.

Schickes Airporthotel in etwas entlegener Umgebung, jedoch in einem neuem Quartier. Anbindung in die Stadt mit dem zugehörigen Bahnticket sehr gut. Somit ist kein Auto nötig. Frühstück sehr lecker.

Very nice, updated, spacious rooms. We were also able to check in early.

Just overnight

This hotel needs better air conditioning. When we inquired about it to the staff they said there was nothing they could do and that we should open the window. Mind you it was a heat wave over 95 degrees Fahrenheit!

Very clean, close to Metro stop and very friendly staff. A/C does not really cool guest rooms.

Mein Kollege und ich kamen um 22 Uhr an und konnten beide nicht einchecken, da der Computer an der Rezeption defekt war. Nur wenige vorab registrierte Gäste bekamen ihre Schlüssel. Wir warteten 45 Minuten, und die Rezeptionistin versprach, das Problem in fünf Minuten zu beheben. Niemand dachte auch nur daran, uns Sitzplatz oder uns etwas zu trinken anzubieten. Inzwischen traf eine etwa 10 Personen Swiss Crew ein, die uns natürlich vorausging. Abgesehen von der Erklärung, dass der Computer defekt sei, kümmerten sie sich nicht darum, uns das Gefühl zu geben, gut aufgehoben zu sein.
