Good hospitality, good location of hotel.

Just a few mins from the train station and an easy walk to the old town, safe and secure location. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. Me and my son stayed two nights and found the place very comfortable and a good value for a quick and enjoyable visit. Thank you.

The bed and pillows were excellent. Location convenient to walk everywhere. Staff was the best!!! Breakfast delicious. Room spacious. Would stay again. The only thing not always working properly was air conditioning.

Excellent of service!! I give all the credits to the front desk staffs and breakfast serving staff. They all are very professional and being extremely helpful and super kind. The hotel lobby is very classy, find decoration. The room is big and you get everything you need, while it looks little old fashion and dark, but it's fine to me. Little down side is the housekeeping service is not up to the standard as the other, one day I went out in the morning before 11am, and came back around 3pm, the room still not cleaned up. Also, the housekeeping staff presenting the daily little chocolate gift without smile (2 days), not sure maybe I look creepy to her. The breakfast is excellent, thought it's not a big buffet breakfast, you still get everything you need. The serving staff is super professional, can remember what I ordered in the previous morning. The food is delicious and no compliant. The front desk staff also super professional and super nice. Location is in a walking distance to all major attractions, close to the train station, very close to the bus station, but located in a quiet and safe area. Overall, 200% recommended and will stay again in next time visit.
