The room was sufficient, reminded more of a 3* hotel. The wellness area was the biggest disappointment and not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. Children (6-16y.o.) running in the sauna and screaming, the gym had at least 35degrees temperature.

Modernised hotel in a great location in the centre of town, a five minute walk from the station (access to the slopes), and short bus ride to the ski gondolas. I was mostly out and about so did not use the wider facilities, including pool. The bedroom was large and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was more than adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to park outside, but that was a stroke of luck at a busy period. Would stay again.

Das Zimmer war äusserst geräumig und wir waren sehr happy, zu viert eine ganze Ferienwoche darin zu verbringen. Was uns fehlte in der Junior Suite war ein Wasserkocher oder eine Nespresso-Maschine. Zudem schade, dass der TV keine Möglichkeit bietet, Netflix zu schauen. Wir versuchten, auf den TV zu streamen, was nicht möglich war. Und die Rezeption konnte uns leider auch kein HDMI-Kabel ausleihen, sodass wir unseren Computer hätten spiegeln können. Hier wäre es sicher gut, mit der Zeit zu gehen. Dafür ist die Lage des Hotels positiv zu erwähnen, das eine Busstation von der Talstation entfernt liegt (oder 10 Fussminuten, wenn man die Skier tragen möchte). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vielseitig. An einem Morgen gabs kein Joghurt, an einem anderen keine Croissants, aber das waren Ausnahmen. Das zum Hotel gehörende Ristorante Peppino macht sehr leckere (aber auch sehr hochpreisige) Pizzen, die wir empfehlen können, wenn das Budget keine Rolle spielt. Wir würden wieder kommen, da wir uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt haben.

À l’arrivée, la première chambre attribuée était très bruyante. L’isolation phonique des chambres n’est pas suffisante, on entend clairement les bruits extérieurs et intérieurs. Après signalement, une autre chambre nous a été proposée.
Dans cette seconde chambre, il n’y avait pas de serviettes à l’arrivée.
Les rideaux étaient endommagés dans les deux chambres (photos prises dès l’arrivée).
De plus, le lit et les oreillers ne sont pas confortables, ce qui nuit clairement à la qualité du repos.
Ces éléments cumulés ne correspondent pas aux standards attendus d’un hôtel 4 étoiles, même pour une chambre Comfort.
Le seul vrai point positif reste la bienveillance et le professionnalisme du personnel, qui a fait de son mieux pour gérer la situation.
Je remercie toutefois l’équipe pour son accueil, son écoute et son professionnalisme tout au long du séjour.

La belle chambre 138 que l’on m’a donnée après la 234 - porte communicante avec 233 pas isolée, enfants et adultes hurlant etc. - a été magnifique. Votre prix meilleur que ce que j’ai payé pour les 3 nuits supplémentaires !
Pratique l’arrêt du bus proche.
Dommage que la piscine n’ouvre qu’à 09h: clash avec sport et petit déjeuner !

Bom café da manhã, e restaurante no proprio hotel ( que não visitei e por isso não opino)
Minha únicas reclamacoes foram por conta de algumas economias nos amenites do hotel. Por exempo: havia una mini cozinha, com frigobar, mas nenhum produto para consumo. Nem sequer saques de chá, para fazer antes de dormir. Nao gostei dos produtos de higiene em geral. Shampoo e Sabonete muito ruins e diluídos em água. Papel higiênico da pior qualidade possivel.
São pequenas economias que tiram o brilho da estadia, mas não a desmerecem por completo.
